Expand Teske can't get an RPI or coach rank for NCAA seeding but he could still get votes for seeding at B10 based on B10 record, correct? .

As far as the reason, that's an educated guess. The question itself in the OP isn't exactly asking the right things. If there's a rumor that coaches weren't voting to seed Teske, then that depends on what the ask is. Does he mean coaches didn't seed Teske, that's not a rumor, that's a fact because Teske wasn't even on the board for the coaches rank. You really can't really refuse something that isn't a choice.
