One change they made is that any delayed wrestle-off has to be completed by the end of July. That particular rule change is touched on in the latest Baschamania video which I listed below. I'm sure they saved a few bucks over having it at OSU's wrestling-dedicated Covelli Center, but the capacity isn't much different. Seems an appropriate size for attendance you'd expect for this event.
