You're right, he's not listed on the roster.... because he's a coach. Scroll down further. 

 

Also this article is clearly from when he was competing. 

 

EDIT:  the article was written by randy Novak, who used to be director of the HWC (or some such role)  but no longer in that role for a number of years.
