I never claimed to be a conservative, I am independent and vote for both Republicans and Democrats. Funny you bring up partisanship, because the Israel issue was one that a growing number of conservatives have been changing their mind on, especially younger ones (did you see the now confirmed authentic texts from Charlie Kirk?). I think that is part of the reason Trump pushed as hard as he did for the ceasefire. Officials within the Israeli government have basically called for ethnic cleansing. Example below.
