Backups who will make a name for themselves this season

Sure? Its subjective. Whatever you think it means, it means. -
The top recruits in the Class of 2027 are flying off the board! Less than a week after the #1 and #4 recruits commit, #3 overall Sonny Amato (Rumson-Fair Haven, NJ) has given a verbal commitment to the University of Iowa. Amato won a New Jersey state championship as a freshman at 144 lbs. Last year, Amato was third in the state at 144 lbs. Outside of New Jersey, Amato has placed twice at the Beast of the East - fourth as a freshman and second as a sophomore. He also has won NHSCA Freshman Nationals. He is currently ranked third in the nation at 150 lbs. Amato projects between 157 and 165 lbs. The Hawkeyes have some young wrestlers in that range, but no solidified long-term starter in place at either weight. Before committing to the Hawkeyes, Amato took visits to Iowa State and Oklahoma. Amato was the headliner of a recruiting weekend on September 26/27th that included seven top 50 prospects. We’ll see if any follow him. We’ll see Amato in action next weekend as he has registered for the 150 lb division at the Super 32. For all of the commitments from the Class of 2027: Click Here

The climatologists from NOAA and universities are being WAY more honest than the ones that are bought and paid for by thecorrupt fossil fuel industry.

Cael Hughes at 133 for OKST -
We should bring back the practice of the Tar and Feather. Suck on your climate hoax with that oil based product and aviary accessory applied liberally. Oh, and WAWAs might vote these hoaxamaniac climateers out but will then vote nuttier jobs in. Look what Chicago did when they got rid of Lightfoot and "upgraded" to "fight The Man" Brandon Johnson. New York got rid of one leftie democrat and are staring down the barrel of a double Mamdani.

You can... but a PSU fan should be pro-fun. And you clearly are not. -
There ya' go. Due process was applied. Being a person paying taxes in WAWA land and breathing the air there and being on the brink of climate collapse extinction DOES NOT GIVE YOU STANDING!! Ya dumb rube. Maybe someone should have an illegal alien ask. Those dudes have ultimate access to our courts and judges and get the due-est of processes!

WA implemented a Carbon tax. The gas companies have to bid, in auction, for these credits. They pass the cost of that to the rest of us (again, joe taxpayer pays the bill) and drives gas and diesel up around 50 cents a gallon, over and above the current gas tax. Part of that law states that the Dept of Ecology must provide Carbon emission levels for this year and the past year on their website so the state knows the progress. Guess what? It should be no surprise to any of us that they have not done this. There was a lawsuit last year on this and it was denied because the plaintiff didn't have standing. Who has standing? Lawmakers, Governor, etc. Those with a need to know. But that is not what the law says, the law says it shall be available. Now there is another similar lawsuit to make the state publish this info and they have a couple of lawmakers on board. Why would they not want to tout their wonderful results? It's obvious. It is a boondoggle to fund their precious pet projects at the expense of the taxpayer and carbon emissions have not been reduced. Talk about corruption. Of course, the gov and the legislature are not screaming for this info. Why? I think because they know. As long as we are in the dark (isn't the light the great antiseptic to corruption?), the people will not be knowledgeable of the boondoggle with their money. If they know, then they might vote the jerks out. The corruption is there with one party rule. mspart

Gabe Dean did not wrestle as a true freshman, taking his greyshirt year at FLWC. Travis Lee *probably* did wrestle as a true freshman, although I can't confirm that. 2002 was a long time ago. Both would have been considered elite recruits, I guess. I added "elite" since I have no idea how many Cornell wrestlers wrestled as a true freshman, mostly being familiar with the starters.

Can a wrestler with only 3 Titles be in the conversation? Two world & one Olympic Gold? Suppposedly 189-0 in his International career and never taken down. Osamy Watanabe of Japan. Anyone have more information on his career or saw him in competition?

Because the Israelis are the ones who showed up at their door and told them they had to leave.

Shortly after 1948. Anytime they were attacked they used that as a BS excuse to rob land from other people and expand their territory.
