Tonight?

I think I am in the same boat as you. Hearing Jax say he was close to being gassed before he realized he had the match in the bag is concerning against a guy who comes out the gate as quickly as Vito. I have to assume Vito is good to go, and even if he isn't, his offense and pace are 2nd to only Soph/Junior season RBY ( ). Interestingly enough, I want Jax to win. Not because I prefer Jax, but because I want Vito to get healthy and finish out this quad healthy, and I am worried he isn't healthy right now.
-
I'll take Vito..
-
No worries
-
@Caveira don't take this as directed at you intentionally. I know you were just chiming in. This is mainly a broad sort of response.
-
I'm going with Vito even though I'm rooting for Jax. I just hope it's good and non controversial. (no questionable calls)

Vito delaying Final X match against Jax
BigRedFan replied to okokzach's topic in International Wrestling
I'm guessing that Grey and Vito don't give a rat's ass about the time that Flo is starting their broadcast. Rather, they want to know when Vito will be hitting the mat. Sounds like 4:50ET (although I'll *still* be checking at 4:20ET). -
Where did your skills in this department get developed?

Mike Grey also had 3:50 CT on his email this week -
That wouldn't surprise me. He came from a pretty tough part of NJ at the time (Paulsboro, Absegami, Delsea, Highland, etc.). Pretty sure the 2 regional finalists ahead of him that year were Delsea and Paulsboro. I think he started his career out at Wagner before transferring to Seton Hall the next year. Started out every match with a 1 to 2 point lead. He was going to escape and get riding time if you were dumb enough to choose down. He might even choose top on you, too. You needed to score at least 1 takedown on him to win. Coast Guard tourney was interesting because the winner of the 'winners' bracket would wrestle the winner of the consolation bracket (with the loser of the finals going back to wrestle the winner of consolation bracket for the right to wrestle the winner again). If winner of the winner's bracket lost in that next match, they'd have a deciding match after that round was done. There was typically a 16 man bracket, so to win, you had to win at least 5 (unless you had a bye in first round). I am probably not remembering correctly, but there was 1 weight where 2 guys met in the first finals (feel like saying Brown and Central CT State). Brown guy won that first finals, Central CT State beat winner of the consolation bracket and then Brown guy twice to win the whole tourney. Quick math would have him winning 6 and losing 1. I am sure there are other situations like that where eventual winner lost in semis and went on a roll.

Is this a 'dog on Cali' thread? If so, I am in.

Damnit. Was hoping this thread was talking about Brennan from Game Changer.

It's all one big conspiracy theory. The wingers are unreal!! They don't use the same data, at least not in the same way for the small amount that overlaps. VERY different subjects. You obviously know very little about either area. Almost all meteorologists will acknowledge that they aren't climate experts.
-
I’d trust a good, experienced, meteorologist over a climatologist. They both use the same data, the same tools, but the meteorologist is a lot less prone to groupthink.

I never said I know. How would you, or anyone else posting here know? If you (they) have actual information, provide it. If not, they're just making things up to stir the pot. That’s not a discussion - it’s just being petty. As for the age comment - sure, I was off by a year. He’s almost 19, not almost 18. Doesn’t change anything. What’s clear is that some folks are taking Bassett’s decisions way too personally. He’s not obligated to meet our expectations. He’s arguably the most followed high school wrestler ever, with a massive NIL upside, and he’s handling things in a way that suits his goals, not yours. And why would he follow any other path than his own, which is going to make him a millionaire within five years? He’s already making a huge impact on the sport, and that’s only going to grow over the next 6–7 years. Tearing him down because you don’t like his path doesn’t say anything about him - but it says plenty about all the haters, and their toxic energy.

I agree that Strick will be much better at 133 this year compared to last, whole different ball game when you are not descending. He was legit one of the biggest 125s I've ever seen, so I don't think adding size will be an issue at all.
-
he was born August 15 2006. Doesn’t that make him 18.926 years old? Not trolling. How would you know it is or isn’t true? No one really knows the truth on these boards do they ? The #1 I swear Bo said. All the others are his parents related. Who is crapping on the military aged adult?

4:20 meaning that's why it was forgotten. I think it is a poke at reeferheads. -
Then why didn't the last administration release it? This is probably not the case. Perhaps Elon Musk's America Party will sweep the next couple elections and release the files to prove you correct.
-
This would essentially shut down gambling as a profession. What game is a 10% player edge possible? The casino industry must be freaking out. I guess you can still report net winnings per gambling session. For example if you play two $1000 hands of black jack winning one and losing the other you'd had $0 taxable income. Do the same thing a month apart and that's $100 in taxable income.
-
Don’t act like you care about the victims, you care only about anything that will give you something to cry over your ‘wingers’, all while pretending like this file didn’t sit through four years of the previous administration without going anywhere. This topic is one that the powers that be of both the right and the left are in agreement on.

4:50 is what Kozak from Flo posted. I am trying to figure out how to time it, does that mean the whistle blows at 4:50 or what? -

4:20pm? Is that the start of Flo's coverage prior to the actual bout? Because they stated 4:50pm for the start of the 1st bout: 2025 Final X Wrestle-Off: Vito Arujau vs Jax Forrest - Information ??? I do hope that it's 4:50... that will give me enough time to leave work and arrive home w/ some time to spare. IF it's 4:20 pm? It will be: D3
