I noticed that the UWW will be hosting its first World Amateur MMA Championships this October. that's an interesting question. i don't think their frames will get much bigger. but... they have gone thru their HS career without staying down at their 'national weight' consistently. it sort of seems like they are 33/41 but the every-week schedule of college might see them 41/49. i dont think they are any higher than that.

Property is a limited resource so absolutely yes we should pay property taxes. When you own a property that's a property that somebody else can't access. Property taxes should actually be HIGHER for this reason. Replace the sales or possibly income tax if you want because this is the KING of all taxes. People hide income and other assets all the time to avoid taxes but you can't hide your property. THATS WHY ITS THE KING! And I say this as an owner of multiple properties.
