I found this interesting comment on Jonathan Turley's website that I have quoted from at various times. It seems to put doubt on the Comey indictment. i don't know how all of this works, but if it works like this guy seems to think it does, then not a good look for DOJ. Happy Jim Comey Statute of Limitations Expiration Day to all who celebrate!! Lindsey Halligan hasn’t been lawfully appointed as US Attorney under 28 U.S.C. § 546. This view is supported by a 1986 OLC opinion written by some guy named … {checks notes} … Samuel A. Alito. It just so happens, the only lawyer who signed (or was willing to sign) the Comey indictment was … {checks notes again} … Halligan, and also the statute of limitations on the charges it purports to allege expired … {here’s another handy note!} … at midnight last night. Which means that unless the courts accept some kind of wild unprecedented argument, Halligan, Pam Bondi, and Donald Trump won’t be able to fix this even if they had a single working brain among the three of them. SAD!!!!!! I have no idea if any of this is true (facts or reasoning) but this is certainly something that appears to be be a serious issue. I have not heard this before. There are many on that website that fancy themselves lawyers and just argue to argue. But this is interesting as there is no argument given, just "facts and reasoning". mspart

Beer is made with hops, and hops are plants... so technically beer is salad.

On the subject of drinking too much water... drink more beer. D3

I'm not a vegetarian either... though I do like some vegetables. (The late chef and show host Anthony Bourdain really didn't like vegetarians... mentioned in his book Kithcen Confidential ... a view that he softened later in his life.)

Chris was an attorney for the Carrier Corp. and an assistant for a pretty good Syracuse team at the time. The team included Kerr, Tom Ryan, highly ranked Richie Santana, Nick Garone, and others.

I think the slower people too, who have more time to sweat and drink more water throwing off their electrolyte balance. -
Glad this has been approved... I was waiting until it was officially announced, and honestly even now I am skeptical until after the conference meet has wrapped up. NCAA realignment by way of *TV deals and NIL is wreaking so much havoc that everything is up in the air. We are not out of the woods yet regarding if the Pac 8-10-12 goes the way of the dodo bird.

Mark Kerr was just on episode 2384 of the Rogan Podcast. He brought up a few things from his wrestling days. I did not know about him being coached by Chris Campbell prior to listening to the episode.

This is true. People have died from drinking too much water while running a marathon, affects women more than men.

revised uneducated Penn list - noticing Max G, Alex Almeyda, and Kaya S are not on the posted roster: 125 - Motyka 133 - Dunno - rostered 133 guys are Barnhadt, Nardone, and Casey with Pruet listed as 125 - some tough 141 lbers behind CJC but hard to say any can make 133 141 - Composto 149 - Wasilewski 157 - Swisher 165 - Dunno, there has been mention of Sean Seefeld here and at 174 and hard to say/see if he wins the spot. Do not see Sement on the posted roster. 174 - Dunno 184 - Taylor 197 - Cosgrove 285 - Pardo Do not recall a recent year with so much apparent pre-season lineup uncertainty, will make the fall season schedule that much more fun to watch. A lot of accomplished wrestlers for 165 and 174 and will be interesting to see who wins these spots.

What he's saying is 110% correct. Republicans decided to cut Medicaid and didn't even want to negotiate with the Democrats at all. -

Lehigh doing really good things per usual. They don’t miss on many kids. I agree great get. -
Northern Illinois announced today they'll be a Pac affiliate starting 26-27 season. Pac needs at least 1 more to maintain AQ status for wrestling. I imagine they'll pry some of the Big12 affiliates away . . .

Best part of these two films... Bas Rutten is featured as one of Mark's trainers in the documentary. 20+ years later, the role of Bas Rutten in the scripted film is played by...Bas Rutten. It looks like he hasn't aged a day.
