As far as we know there’s nothing from a legal perspective preventing him from being a college wrestler. And peoples perception really (shouldn’t) doesn’t matter. This is why NASCAR is so popular. People want to see the bad boy race, crash and burn. Pro wrestling continues to be popular and Villains are a huge part of it. Let it happen. ……. and for those that want to play the “this is different because it’s college sports”. Sorry, that ship has sailed too.

Going to 12 teams will help but I don’t think it ends there. In todays participation ribbon world they’ll eventually add more teams for money and to keep everyone happy. Long term I see an NFL playoff type system with a SB champion.
