  1. Rudy’s mugshot under the RICO act he once pioneered. Whooda thunkit?
  2. Breathing is certainly a necessary aspect of competing. There were a few states that did that, I think it may be the stand all dumbest thing to come from Covid.
  3. It does certainly seem dumb, and for all practical purposes it is, but I can explain. (I had to do some ‘bring sports back’ policy writing) In that situation we’re looking at what can we do, whatever we gotta do, to get the sport(s) back to playing. And one of the things we look at is eliminating any contact/interaction throughout the course of an event that is not necessary to complete the competition. As stupid as handshakes, Jersey exchanges, etc seem after just competing against said person, it’s still a contact/interaction that is not necessary to complete it. So it’s eliminated. And you have to cut the line. If you get into, “well it’s not necessary, but……” then you have a convoluted mess of differing judgements on your hands. Black and white, it’s either necessary for the competition or it’s not. And if it’s not it was eliminated.
  4. Are these the oven ribs you were speaking of?
  5. Honest question, can you go a little further into ‘don’t work against Covid’. Do you mean they are not 100% effective; do you mean they are 0% effective. Or to ask in application….30 people in a classroom for an hour and a half. When you say doesn’t work, would you say: it may cut down transmission but there’s still potential for some to get through; or would you say it doesn’t matter, mask or not, it’s going to be the same level of transmission?
  6. That would be relevant if: a) we were in a court of law; or b) I was trying to win an ‘argument’. But …. neither. Bye Felicia
  7. I prefer not to go the insult route, but open doors get walked through…
  8. Nothing to do with conspiracy theories dipshit, try again. Documents, emails, and his own words. Look into it.
  9. Has less to do with level of medical training, and more to do with the ability to read documents. Neither of which has anything to do with where one lives/lived.
  10. I’m not sure what that has to do with anything. I mean, I’m in south Florida and don’t know shit about golf or fishing, so…. But I’m not trying to convince anyone. Just sharing an opinion.
  11. It’s looking more and more that way, and tried to hide it to boot. I didn’t want to believe it for awhile. But there comes a point…
  12. Some info that has come up in last couple/few months. Should look into it....
  13. Not a small part of what got us into the pandemic as well.
  14. As of May he signed a five year deal with HWC, and according to Brands had his best wrestling in front of him. As of April he was unable to continue in the Open. My guess would be if he’s training at all right night it’s probably pretty lightly. Light work on transitioning to full time free. (I don’t know if you were looking for guesses)
  15. I’d be willing to bet he has no intent on getting rid of the block and is just trolling. We’ll hear in a couple of days that after some additional consideration decided not to, but instead…..blah blah blah.
  16. I think part of the process, and it’s been awhile since I read it, is to ‘investigate’ their social media, writings, etc. If there’s any documentation of any support for the war they are ineligible. Something like that. Again it’s been awhile since I read it, and quite possibly has been altered. But the process was along those lines.
  17. I think you need to read all of the comments for full context. I didn't say the russian wrestlers have nothing to do with it. I said they have established a process to determine which athletes are sponsored by or otherwise connected with their military, and those athletes would not be eligible. And I stated I am in agreement with that because those athletes that are not should not be damaged.
  18. Back to the topic at hand, these are the line-ups. Not for nothing, whenever wrestling athletes from Russia are competing, its a hell of a show: Team Sadulaev 57kg: Rakhat Kalzhan (Kaz) 61kg: Abasgadzhi Magomedov 65kg: Dzhambulat Kizinov 70kg: Inalbek Sheriev 79kg: Bolat Sakaev (Kaz) 86kg: Magomed Ramazanov 92kg: Gadzhi Radzhabov (Blr) 125kg: Abdulla Kurbanov Team Sidakov 57kg: Artem Gobaev 61kg: Danil Kharchilava 65kg: Islam Guseynov (Blr) 70kg: Sanzhar Doszhanov (Kaz) 79kg: Gadzhimurad Alikhmaev 86kg: Arslan Bagaev 92kg: Askhab Saadulaev 125kg: Yusup Batyrmursaev (Kaz)
  19. You said the Russian people and government are inextricably bound together, and tried to use “reports” as basis for your argument. Further, what civilized countries have done is a plan that will allow those athletes, who have nothing to do with what is going on, the ability to pursue their dreams (you know, that who love life and the pursuit of happiness stuff). While those who either support or receive support from the aggressors will not be able to. The Russian Federation will not participate in the world events. Innocent athletes from the country will. Would you want your individual earned right to compete for a world title taken away because of something Trump and his cronies did….?
  20. I’ve spent time there. I’ve spent time with the people. I’m still friends with many. If you want to think media stories coming out of Russia is full real story, and the Russian people are full behind their Government…… well that is your right, and privilege. I won’t argue with you.
  21. That’s the cut of the thread so far. I bet that’s amazing.
