  1. 12 hour brisket street tacos. Hot damn those were good.
  2. Wow. You guys are like…out there. No matter what, when it’s right there staring at you, no screaming at you, you’re still there. HUNTER HUNTER…UKRAINE…DEEP STATE!! MAGA!! Let’s reel it back a second. Topic of discussion here is upcoming indictment in…wait for it….Georgia. (Tip for you maga folks, that’s the state of Georgia, not the former communist republic of the Soviet Union). The investigation is related to Georgia and the election in Georgia in 2020. You may remember a particular phone call to a particular GA official…. Wait, it all makes sense now. I see why y’all are confused. Hannity and Tucker probably didn’t want to talk about that phone call too much. BUT—you’re in luck. There’s a recording. And it’s Public. You can listen to Trumps own voice with your own ears. You don’t have to worry about having Hannity tell you what to think!!! THAT phone call.
  3. Stop and think about that for a second. Where is this upcoming indictment, what state?
  4. table top style. You can still t-off with Basch every once in a while…
  5. You can do all that shit in the oven and it’s going to be good. Ribs in the oven are pretty good.
  6. Someone was writing up the draft and forgot to make sure it wasn’t live before they hit that close button. Woops. (and someone is probably packing up their desk right about now)
  7. Who said anything about undies in a bunch, Trump, or TDS? You asked a question of Charlie Kirk, I gave an opinion of Charlie Kirk. Why for some people does everything relate back to Trump somehow?
  8. Anything that needs to break down (ribs, butt, brisket, etc) I like to keep hovering around 200-225. Full rack of beef ribs probably 6-7 hours. Don’t pay attention to GWN. He seems to feel like he’s king of all things. Good bbqin’ is all about finding your best way, not what someone wants to tell you your way to be.
  9. He lies almost as often as he breathes, and he doesn’t have any room at all for any version of America other than his version of America. In one of these threads Husker says about some Kirk posted that he (Husker) didn’t look into and took Charlie’s post at face value, and “my bad”. Always check on something Kirk is saying before believing it.
  10. Finally found my on point method for brisket. Best one I’ve done.
  11. Coming out of a little stall. Last spritz before the wrap.
  12. MAGA is truly entertaining. Y’all were clamoring for Weiss to be made special counsel….to the tune of more than 30 plus republicans senators signing a document imploring him to do so. Now that Garland gives him that status it’s all part of the cover up. Some of the posts on here read like copy and paste from Charlie Kirk, Benny Johnson and Truth social. Enlightening! MAGA!!!
  13. Comer now making the rounds saying that the assignment of a Trump appointed special counsel onto Hunter is the DOJ's effort to cover it all up. You can't make this shit up. And people actually take these folks seriously. And with that, I'm off for the weekend. Have a great one fellas.
  14. Well, in case you missed it, part of the reason the plea deal fell apart beyond repair was because the charge he was pleading guilty was just deemed unconstitutional in the last couple of days, by a three judge appellate court in a completely separate case.
  15. Reading up on it more, it provides for more transparency in its conclusions. He must file a report after investigation, obviously one way would be supporting indictment…or the other way explaining why not. There’s provisions relating reports to Congress as well. Also of note, as has been widely misreported by the Senate committee, Weiss has not previously asked to be special counsel, until now. He did not previously ask and be denied. He made the determination to request now because of the fall out of the plea deal.
  16. Don’t know precisely the difference just that it gives him broader scope/access, allows him to investigate and bring charges in any jurisdiction he sees fit. Which if I’m not mistaken jurisdiction has been one of the sticking points in investigation as to why he hasn’t been charged previously.
  17. Hearing over the protective order just wrapped up. Judge compromised on a few things, Trump will be allowed to discuss publicly discovery (evidence) that is not deemed sensitive, and may not relay publicly any personally identifying information related to discovery. DOJ tried to insist that Trump must be accompanied by his attorney's at all times if he is reviewing, stating he has a tenacity for holding onto sharing information that he shouldn't but doesn't want to let go of, and that such an order exists in the FLA docs case and he agreed to it. She wouldn't go that far but did say he was not able to review any evidence unattended in any room with electronic or copying devices, and his lawyers must review his notes to ensure he does not record any personally identifying information or sensitive information. Aside from the details of the protective order, judge emphasized two things on a number of occasions: Trump is bound by the conditions of his release at arraignment, at one point insinuating his recent behavior has been in direct violation, and that any further harassment of officials in this case or potential witnesses or jurors will meet action, and that while he will be afforded every right of speech and the first ammendment, that speech must yield to the rules of the court process. She also made clear to Trump lawyers in a number of exchanges that inside this court room it is about the rule of law, and politics and political campaigns will not factor into any decisions. She made clear that the defendants future aspirations do not exempt any aspect of the rule of law or court process: "Presidents are not Kings, and the defendant is not President" This is her first appearance in this case, a magistrate oversaw the arraignment. It was clear she was giving a fair ruling on the protective order, and a fair warning that he will be treated just as any other defendant before her in a federal felony case. Her closing remarks: "I intend to ensure the orderly administration of justice in this case as I would with any other case. Even arguably ambiguous statements from parties or their counsel … can threaten the process. In addition, the more a party makes inflammatory statements about this case which could taint the jury pool ... the greater the urgency will be that we proceed to trial quickly ... I will take whatever measures are necessary to safeguard the integrity of these proceedings"
  18. The why is because they have not uncovered any evidence that Joe or Hunter Biden were involved in an attempt to overthrow an election because they were unhappy with the results and were either on the presenting end of lies about those results, or receiving end of those lies, that has led to a lot of death, injury, and destruction of lives. There has been evidence uncovered that being Bidens has been good for finances, and Hunter at least is slippery with his taxes and a recovering drug addict.
