SCOTUS has repeatedly ruled that funding must NOT impact states' rights (10A), and that any conditions must be related to the purpose of the funding, and may NOT be coercive in any way. If that wasn't the case, the next administration could withhold funding to all states that didn't pass extremely restrictive gun laws, for example. That would be an infringement on the right of the state to pass their own gun laws. Super unconstitutional.

Obviously Mendez is pulling his weight. Feldman is dealing with an all-timer this year, but he's going to be lucky to make the 3rd place match. Seems much more likely to wrestle for 5th-8th. How are refugees who have been forced from their homes supposed to care for their kids, oh wise one? They have nothing. Literally nothing. I went to high school with a kid from Sudan. He and his two sisters were the only surviving kids of eight children. His older brother got hacked to death with a machete. He had multiple burns on his lower legs from where his captors had tortured him with a red hot machete blade. Several of his younger siblings died from starvation. Republican states regularly vote to kill programs providing meals to students in need. We can easily take care of our own, but choose not to. And those pesky red states lead the way there.
