to answer the original question, no, it's not a mistake. Iowa has a great staff and it's a great room. i just don't think Lugo, who peaked at 8th, was the juggernaut riser that people use as the shining example of 'level jumping' and don't give me 'he had 2020 canceled' which if manifested, would almost certainly help my cause in the argument.
