    The more I think about it, the more I think this guy is losing his marbles. He is organizing a human shield. LOL They aren't going to send a squad of cops in to cuff him, arrest him and jet him to straight to Riker's. If they do have an arrest warrant, they would just negotiate an appoint for him to show up in Manhattan.

    The undigestible part for me is allowing the nakedly obvious circumvention of the rules. Shows how hard it is to make a decent bureaucracy.

    I feel like the ivy league rules work against the athletes in that they need to stop going to school to suspend their eligibility clock.

    For me - This is where objectivity makes life easy. I understand he is being investigated. That is a fact. I accept it and I don’t particularly care about that. If he gets subpoenas, for the good of everyone I hope he cooperates rather than try to run a clock out. I haven’t seen that work recently and the public squabbling is a major source of division.
