Interesting decision. Fraud has already been determined and they are now in the penalty phase. I reckon NY will have to live with his ongoing fraud until his appeals are exhausted. Always trying to run out his imaginary clock. Used to work when decisions were business instead of law. If I lived in NY I'd want my money.

Should be easy enough to make up lies, exaggerations, half truths and out of context comments on that dude. Unfortunately, it won't work on MAGA as they always require rock solid, incontrovertible proof before believing anything. Interesting reason he resonates with MAGA, so could be entertaining. True, speaker is not required to be a member of the house. Doubt he is eligible as he is under indictment for a crime carrying potential incarceration of 2 or more years. Maybe the house GQP will waste the court’s time, in addition to their own.
