  1. Yep this is based on their self described hometown and state. I also have the information for high schools which tends to inflate PA and NJ further due to Wyoming Seminary and Blair
  2. If we go by hometown that they themselves provide, Woods is from New Mexico and Pucino is probably next best. Even as a long time Hamiti Homer, I expect it to be Caliendo as the top 165 from that state going forward. Also probably replace Yahya with Gomez, though maybe not as @bnwtwg pointed out. I still think it's PA pretty handily
  3. Kinda cool that the best Oklahoma guys seem to stay home at one of their two D1 options.
  4. 125: Reece Witcraft or Eli Griffin (Cal Bap) 133: Daton Fix 141: Carter Young 149: John Wiley 157: Kaden Gfeller 165: Wyatt Sheets 174: Dustin Plott 184: Tate Picklo (I bumped him up) 197: Luke Surber 285: Josh Heindselman

  6. Watched him tonight finally. Found him funny without needing to be overly crass which is my preferred style of comedy
  7. I was talking about the Heartland location and of course meant to say southeast corner
  8. Los Angeles sucks I'll tell you that much
  9. What about the southern corner of Wisconsin where AWA is from?
  10. It's a valid question although from what i understand that is the plan for now. There have been some that have cut from 138 in HS to 133 in college like Mickey Phillippi. Takes a lot of discipline to keep up for so many years
  11. Watch for Dario Lemus as a true freshman starter at 133
  12. There was some talk about whether Lewis would move to 184. I'm not sure what that is based on though - fact or fiction?
  13. Here is my Wisconsin prediction 125: Barnett - 7th/8th 133: Rivera 141: Lettini 149: Zargo - NQ 157: Mechler 165: Hamiti: 5th/6th 174: Maylor 184: Liegel - Fringe NQ 197: Tal-Shahar - Fringe NQ 285: Amos: NQ So that's two AAs, and somewhere between four and six national qualifiers as the roster currently stands.
  14. Great assistant hire
  15. Any relation to Trey Rogers of Hofstra (I realize it's a somewhat common surname)
  16. I felt that Alirez was demonstrably better than all 141 lbers including Woods
  17. Antonio Saldate at 133 is I'm the portal out of Cal Baptist. He would fit nicely at 133 for Michigan State with brother/cousin(?) Chase
  18. One guy I thought might enter the portal from DIII - Jaritt Shinhoster. Went 4-1 against D1 competition at Midlands including wins over Soldano and Antrassian
  19. That sounds about right. Oklahoma still has a strong lineup, but a few question marks in the lower weights (125 in particular)
  20. Juan Mora has followed Roger Kish from NDSU where he was a starter - to Oklahoma - where he will be a backup
  21. Iowa State doesn't have many certainties in their lineup - 125: Terukina or Perryman 133: Redding or Grice or Attausaov or E. Frost 141: Redding or Grice or J. Frost 149: Johnson 157: Chittum or Kraisser or Swiderski 165: Carr 174: Gaitan or Broderson or Devine or Rosas 184: Broderson or Rosas or Naaktgeboren 197: Fisher 285: Bastida
  22. I forget - what do we think is happening at 197? Fisher?
  23. Could be the case. I'm not sure on the rationale, but they're not very deep around these weights so it would make sense
