But he hates most of America and a substantial number of Americans so he can't be all bad, right? At least he is not racist enough for Jim Clyburn to turn against him.

Do you think they would take the pay cut without protest? 5 of the 7 richest counties as tabulated by median household income in America are FULL of government workers. 1 Loudoun County Virginia $147,111 2 Falls Church Virginia $146,922 3 Santa Clara County California $130,890 4 San Mateo County California $128,091 5 Fairfax County Virginia $127,866 6 Howard County Maryland $124,042 7 Arlington County Virginia $122,604 I suspect if you did a more detailed statistical study you would also find the standard deviation to be much tighter in those DC area counties indicating that it is not the super rich and their servants living in the same county like you might get in California. It is just a bunch of extremely well compensated bureaucrats running around talking to each other on our dime. On our millions of dimes per household.

That kid probably had it coming.

You are right. Stating "92% peaceful" is just stupid. I had to show just how stupid that statement is by also twisting facts and numbers to support a stupid statistic. Not tantamounts between BLM and Nazis was made. My point was not about the politics of the violent people, it was about the counting method used to support a "peaceful" narrative. The tantamount was inferred, stupidly.

Same logic when applied to the axis powers in WW2: Of 87 million Germans fewer than 7 million (8%) ever picked up much less fired/operated a weapon. For the Italians the percentage was even lower. So, actually, WW2 at 94%+ was EVEN MORE PEACEFUL than our peaceful summer of love.

Your understanding of "under the jurisdiction of" is inaccurate. Let's try your logic: So when Germany invaded France and had female nurses supporting their troops in Paris if said nurse happened to birth a baby then that baby is French? Furthermore, those other Germans, being not French, were not subject to laws of France so by YOUR logic the French had no legal ability to deport them? Wait for it . . . here it comes . . . "But that's different!!" The 14th Amendment was written to cover people who had no other country who claimed them as citizens. Remember, the Africans who enslaved others and then sold them certainly did not recognize them as citizens or subjects or give them any status whatsoever. The point of "under the jurisdiction" is a way of saying you have legal status in some country. It certainly does not mean if I go to Canada I can rage about with immunity and no where do I imply that. It is obtuse to infer it. If you are already a citizen of a country and have a baby somewhere else then the baby is a citizen of the original country and the citizens of the location in which you happen to be when labor occurs incur no obligation just because the mother is wandering about at that time.

Birthright citizenship is not applicable to illegal aliens. The children of diplomats who are born when their parents are assigned to duty in the USA are not American citizens. Location of birth is only one of the criteria for birthright citizenship. Lawful legal citizenship of the parent(s) is another. It is stated thusly, "The 14th Amendment . . . says that “[a]ll persons born or naturalized in the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof” are citizens." Illegal aliens are not subject to the jurisdiction thereof and, hence, neither are their children thus they are not citizens. "Amend the constitution? With this political climate? " stated above in a post. No need to amend it. Just read it.

I think his point was that there is no way for HIM to tell until the skeleton's sex or is it gender (oh my, they are waaaayyyyy different, donchaknow) until the skeleton tells us his/her/hir/zir/their/dems/dis/thou pronouns. And he would also need a biologist just like a Supreme Court justice to weigh in on the matter. Of course, everyone else who applies science can tell very quickly but anthropology is probably no longer a science but a social-justice studies "art" so PhD or not he is not a scientist.
-
I disagree. I think she is too cowardly to answer the question. Intelligence has nothing to do with this Supreme Court Justice. I would have enjoyed the follow-up questions to go this way: "The President stated his criteria for your nomination to be a black woman. Do you qualify as black? How do you know? Was a biologist consulted? Do you qualify as a woman? The President thinks so but this committee has not seen the biological certification. Did you submit to a biologists cal certification to certify that you meet the President's nomination criteria? Are you qualified to hear any cases involving the federal Violence against Women Act without a comfort biologist next to you to certify that the victim/plaintiff is, in fact, a woman?"

It's all about words obliterate their meanings and your problem is solved. No border = no illegal aliens. Problem solved. Nevermind the other problems. Those are other people's problems. It is same with crime statistics. Declare nothing is a crime and you won't have any criminals to deal with. It is only logical. Again, the results are other people's problems. Now, how to properly apply the word woman? Extreme word, logic, and legal experts as credentialed as a supreme court justice can not seem to solve this one. Surely no problems will ever arise from the obliteration of this word. Just wait until the word Migrants is declared a slur by those who are insisting it be used instead of the proper term - illegal aliens. Then we'll be calling them wanderers, questers, travelers, sojourners, wayfarers, ramblers, rovers, sightseers.

Unsupported assertion. Most evidence is to the contrary.

The reason parents are acting through their legislatures is because indoctrinators have shown themselves to have no judgment and school boards have forgotten they work for the community and not for the indoctrinators. The purpose of a school board is to control the school staff. When the board mistakenly thinks it represents and protects the indoctrinators from the community instead of the other way around then it has abdicated its responsibility and higher authority - the state legislature - must be brought to bear against the school staff and administrations. This is a perfect example of the peaceful exercise of sovereign power by the citizenry. And, as has been pointed out by many but quite misunderstood by some willfully ignorant, nothing has been banned. Every publication mentioned is available through other means to those who want to read it and to show it to their children.

Nelson Brands tweets details on why his NCAA career is over
Lipdrag replied to Jimmy Cinnabon's topic in College Wrestling
Psst. Don't tell Ban. He does not accept authorities (he might call them authoritarians) such as the National Wrestling Hall of Fame and the official Olympics website as sufficiently informed to be cited on the topic. Nevermind the contemporaneous accounts of eyewitnesses. Those people had lying eyes. Lincoln was not declared by Altemeyer to be a wrestler and if Altemeyer did not say it then it is not true. -

Wrestling politicians: Who wins among the following famous politicians in history who wrestled: Jim Jordan, Abraham Lincoln, Donald Rumsfeld? Any other prominent politicians who had a wrestling background we should throw into the mix? -

I think we need more wrestling debates in political threads. That is where we are really slacking. -
Nope. Everybody (as in every body not immersed permanently in water) was exposed to the corona virus. It was in the air like oxygen. Some got very sick and died, some very sick and went to the hospital, some got a little sick, some got sniffles, and the rest were asymptomatic. Just like flu every year. But the covid virus ATE the influenza virus. That is the only possible way an aerosol transmitted virus JUST LIKE COVID-19 disappears! It is impossible that something transmitted exactly like corona virus that logic tells us would have been side by side with corona virus simply disappears! Unless COVID ATE THE FLU!! 8 year average estimated flu deaths in USA from flu seasons 2012/13 - 2019/20 = 48,000. Standard Deviation = 11,500 Flu Deaths in 2020/21 estimated about 1,000. This is a z-score of -4.06. A once per 50,000 year event!!! Flu Deaths in 2021/22 estimated about 11,000 (it is becoming OK for people to die of flu, Brandon is president). Still a z-score of -3.2. A once per 1,400 year event. Hospitals were still being paid for Covid deaths. Flu Deaths in most recent season, 2022/23 = 38,000. Which is low but less than 1 std dev below normal. We expect a number this low about 1 of every 5 years. Much much less covid hanging about in the air eating up all those flu viruses so things return to normal. So, the only logical conclusion is that COVID ate the Flu. It's just science.
-
Covid cured the flu. Almost no flu deaths in 2020, 2021. Covid was good for something. In addition to showing those so inclined to exert social control how many sheeple there are in America who might grumble but will do nothing real to counter the usurpation of all of their rights. Stand by for Climate Emergency Lock Downs. If you ain't "essential", you ain't driving. They will send someone to your house to bring you what they determine you need.

I agree with the facts of your post. But I have a different take on the interpretation. If someone other than Trump were in office the counting would have been the same. Political reasons - yes. But the point was to create a narrative and exert emergency powers/control. The fact that it also hurt Trump was just frosting on top. And they would have done it if any Republican were in office. Remember the body counts harped on every night during the Bush administration? Bush Derangement Syndrome in the media and on the left was a thing before Trump Derangement Syndrome. The counting method continued the same after Biden was placed in office. The media stopped screaming it from the rooftops because they had the narrative they wanted and the control they wanted (direct and indirect via social media censorship) and no longer needed to hurt anyone in power with the trumped-up numbers (see how I did that?)

Whoa, dude. Harshest insult I've ever seen. Racist, fascist, misogynist, sexist, chauvinist pig, Christian, male, homophobe, islamophobe, straight, white, cis, American, patriot, deplorable, despicable, able to understand numbers, prompt, logical, reasonable. All of those insults just roll off the back without making a mark. But to call a guy a whiny democrat?!? I am shocked and appalled. The nuclear option of insults has been deployed. -
