Ranks up there with the rule change around mid-80s making it a penalty to shake hands with the opposing coach. Came because of a couple situations where the opposing coach refused to shake hands at NCAAs. (Nate Carr and Ricky Dellagatta). I called it Unnecessary Sportsmanship! I remember at the Penn State Open I was in Darryl Burley's corner as he wrestled Sean Finkbeiner (who I also knew quite well). He came over to shake hands (probably forgetting the rule), I reminded him of the rule and gave him a hug instead!

Your point is irrelevant. First, I was only responding to whether he was hit. But proper training would never have him standing where he was. Also, if he had been traumatized by the earlier incident (and who wouldn't?) he shouldn't have even been on the job at all. Sounds like also a problem with higher ups allowing it. And add in comments from a current assistant director of DHS stating that the whole problem is that Minneapolis is a sanctuary city and as such they can't deport the prisoners that "fit the bill". If the prisoners are the whole problem, why run like loose cannons after the ones not in prison- most of whom are not violent criminals.
