  1. Stop changing the topic. Junior/U20 World champ. But you only follow UNI...
  2. No... we are talking world champs, not "next big things.' You are responding to a thread about a young man who is a proven commodity, which was largely demonstrated by him winning junior worlds. That is a lot of the buzz here.
  3. There is no such list. You literally saw THE list. The ONLY lists. No busts. How would you know if you only follow UNI?
  4. Shawn Michaels on Gable: https://www.ewrestlingnews.com/news/shawn-michaels-provides-update-on-gable-stevesons-wwe-nxt-status
  5. Do any of these events have a weight allowance?
  6. Link to his post?
  7. To be fair, head coaches not being at matside isn't completely unheard of in Worlds or NCAA. It doesn't seem to be in Cael's makeup to celebrate other's failure, but I've only talked to him a couple times. What do I know?
  8. Right, but the topic is NCAA wrestling, and another poster started rattling off some drivel about all the busts that he's witnessed over the years (despite bragging that he only follows one school, and only in-season).
  9. Ban was right. A ton of busts on there! (sarcasm)
  10. https://vault.si.com/vault/2001/02/05/107-0-and-counting-a-two-time-ncaa-champ-with-an-artistic-bent-cael-sanderson-of-iowa-state-has-created-a-record-of-unprecedented-perfection Only ten at a time in college.
  11. As a PSU fan, I'm sure you know that Cael has said that Mountain Dew is his one vice, despite him being LDS. Very disappointed that if you weren't aware of this info.
  12. I think someone like a Mo Lawal or a Jody Strittmatter were pretty solid transfers, despite being from lower division schools.
  13. How many Junior Freestyle World Champs have been busts? Not many! I'm still waiting for Braxton Amos to break out, but he seems to be a bit of a 'tweener, and his skillset may be more suited to the international styles.
  14. BTW it was in Serbia last year, too. (Obviously Greco was as well, and there was alleged weight cheating and an amazing performance by Serbia)
  15. There were allegations that perhaps Kazakhstan did indeed find a way to cheat the draw when Worlds were held in the city formerly known as Nur Sultan back in 2019. They took 2nd place to Russia.
  16. and you follow up with yet another false statement.
  17. For those interested , Bader asks Micic about a lot of this stuff on his most recent show. Micic doesn't cover if he was there at weigh-ins, but he does address everything else. Also says something to the effect of "if we were cheating, why would I get the draw that I had?"
  18. Very curious. But how would it be possible to cheat the system? Aren't they all in the same room? LJB?
  19. Interesting. Easier trials process, prob only has to peak once. Not sure how it would go over with the HWC and the Brands brothers! For the first time, I would not be rooting for him to win a tournament.
  20. You left something out: If he competes, does he finish the tourney?
