  1. Sir, please stop using the slur. https://glaad.org/fact-sheet-for-reporters-derogatory-slurs-referring-to-transgender-people/
  2. I would imagine that it is larger than most state tournaments in the US.
  3. I believe at least one high level coach had a drunk driving incident. I don't recall him coaching any teams since. BTW it seems like we have done away with official world team and Olympic team coaches?
  4. Why are you using slurs to describe a protected class of people?
  5. From the kids indoor play area? What type of playscape will this man be running?
  6. That's kind of crazy. And by "young," I think that means Levi is where he should be as far as his age/class. It is quite the rarity in big time college sports these days. Haines is a few weeks younger than my son, who is also about to be a college senior.
  7. He said it on Basch, a few weeks ago. Is he older than Levi?
  8. OK. That was what I originally thought, but something on instagram changed my mind when I searched before. So he's the same age as freshman Josh Barr.
  9. Absolutely, but the way recruiting is going, it is unlikely they would ever start a varsity dual except in dire emergency or radically unexpected development.
  10. Yes, he turned 22 four months ago. Finished eligibility.
  11. I mean, it is pretty well known that this type of stuff happens. I'd be much more surprised by a report saying it wasn't happening. We do the same stuff, as well as recruit foreign nationals who are over here studying.
  12. He is currently 19. For the record, freshman Josh Barr is 21. Barr may be older than Haines. When I was 21, I was headed into my senior year of college. It is all by the rules, but I find it quite interesting.
  13. So DT won't be calling, as I said. DT is limited to an average of 3 guys per weight. This includes starters, backups, redshirts, etc.
  14. Oh, I have plenty of takeaways: 1. The first permanent colony was Jamestown. It had nothing to do with religion and everything about making money. 2. The separatists were members of the Church of England who wanted out. That is how they eventually ended up over here. They didn't particularly care for what you would call "separation of church and state." 3. There is no direct connection between the separatists and independence from Britain. 4. Our forefathers DID NOT envision a diverse group of ethnicities and religions, especially if you are calling the Separatists our forefathers. I love the way things worked out, but I don't think Governor Bradford would be. I could keep going...
  15. WHAT? There is so much wrong there, that I do not even know where to start.
  16. Those are nice recruits for Army, but I don't think DT is calling them. Even more complicated with limited roster sizes now.
  17. "I'm hoping Dr. Jill becomes the surgeon general, his wife. Joe Biden's wife. She would never do it, but yeah, she's a hell of a doctor. She's an amazing doctor." - Whoopi Goldberg
  18. I don't think it'll be Medlin. I wonder what the plan is? It seems as if Iowa had a better set up for Greco. Iowa has Gary Mayabb as a coach with the women's program, and I think Dennis Hall is pretty close by, along with a couple good training partners.
  19. Correa is from NH. Goes to prep school in PA, but he lives in NH. (and was "stolen" from Michigan)
  20. Dake foreshadowed this on a recent Flo interview, when he was asked if he has read any good books lately. He answered something along the lines of "the best book I have ever read." and went on to say The Bible.
  21. Kerk talks about MMA too. Wonder if he's afraid to be punched?
  22. Isn't Medlin's kid going to be an Fighting Illini next year?
  23. She is doing that AGAIN? or is that an old video? I remember her doing that years ago.
