A few observations.... Size XL Yazdani is slow and uninspired. I respect the heck out of that dude, but he needs to go back down. Bo Basset is ridiculous. The grizzled old guys can't hang. I like him in the finals by a lot. Snyder and Sadulaev are warriors. That quarter was the final. I'm very excited for the rest of the tournament.

Would it have been much better attended in Pittsburgh or Cleveland? Im not so sure. Historically, most freestyle events are not all that well attended, and I kinda feel like most families dont have a ton of extra spending money right now... All that being said, I could be wrong.

I wrestled four years for a mid-level Big Ten school in the 1990s. My biggest claim to fame is that I only lost two varsity Big Ten matches in my entire career. Cough. Career varsity Big Ten record: 0-2

If he is convicted, will he actually do prison time? If yes, what is the probable amount of time? Some of the big podcasters are saying he will be done with wrestling and prolly move on to MMA, but is this feasible if prison is in his future?

I am not a doctor, so pretty much everything I saw past this point is prolly irrelevant, but I just cannot imagine that if one weighs the risk/benefit ratio... How the f can this be a good idea? Ben has nothing to prove to anyone. I really hope he isn't doing this against his doctors' advice.

He's still the pick. I don't think there is much doubt it will be Lilledahl and Lee in Final X. If/when that happens, most will pick Lee despite last weekend.

If it is James Green, I 100% get it. If it is Bill Bassett, my opinion of Coach Robie and Va Tech will tank... not that it matters.

Fair point. At the same time, they cannot beat Indiana anymore and finished below Maryland yesterday. From a team stand point they seem to be getting worse.

Is Coach Ersland's seat at Purdue warming up? He seems like a genuine good guy, but he's like ten years in and hovering above Michigan State. That being said, why in the world is MSU, with its storied history, still hanging on to its current staff?

I only say this as a very close family has gone through struggles with mental illness... There is one well-known wrestler I am almost sure is dealing with these issues. Mchenry's rant kind of sounds like it too, but I could very well be wrong. Schizophrenia and bipolar disorder typically onset in young men in their early twenties. My couisin has battled this for twenty years, and it is a horrible disease...just brutal. I hope this isn't the case as I would not wish these diseases on my worst enemy, but if so, it is nothing to laugh at. If any of assault mentioned in this video happened I hope it all come to light too.
