The only remaining one played club frisbee.
So of the 44, in a list that spanned 20+ years, only 15 were born male and competed in women’s sports. Only 3 were in D1 and 2 in D2. 1 wasn’t in the US. So yeah, even if you think there are more hiding it or whatever, looks like my estimate of 1 per year across all sports is probably about right.
