I was wondering, so he’s claiming to be both a “North American Indigenous” person, and from Cape Verde? I’m no geography or history expert, are there many North American Indigenous people in Cape Verde, off the coast of Africa?
Oh wow, I thought he was just the king of majorly exaggerating (and pretty much lying about) his credentials. Didn’t realize he’s suspected of actual crimes. Sounds like he’s basically the George Santos of wrestling
The article I posted was from 2 weeks ago. He’s not the Cabo Verde Wrestling Federation Secretary General or President of the Africa Referee Commission anymore?
Sure, I’m just saying there were probably some people that didn’t like Snyder previously, if he was known to do this on overseas trips I feel like people might have heard about it sooner. But even the NLWC haters that I’ve seen seemed legitimately shocked by the news.
Ha, maybe. Although if he was doing it while on trips with other people I feel like rumblings might have gotten out previously.
I’d be curious how many camps he did as the main clinician though…
He was in the (local) news again recently.
I thought maybe he had had enough scamming and went back to just coaching middle and high school, which he’d actually be qualified for.
But apparently in addition to that, he is still claiming to have been selected for the Tokyo Olympics and “currently serves as the Cabo Verde Wrestling Federation Secretary General and president of the Africa Referee Commission. Coach Wesley was nominated to the North American Indigitios Athletic Hall of Fame. He will be formally inducted into the NAIA class of 2025 this summer.“

OK maybe Carr. I don’t think I’d put KOT in that category TBH. Nolf and Marinelli have been out of college (and thus not doing interviews) for 3+ years. Nolf I wouldn’t have put in that category IMO, Marinelli yes.
Blades yes (I commented about her earlier), but I was mainly thinking about college guys.
No, the interesting thing for me re: Dake is he found Jesus while training at Penn State. So I wouldn’t be surprised if Cael is preaching it a bit (at least at the RTC practices)
