He says he’s not enrolling until fall 2025, and plans to be at 149.
Interesting thread actually…

I do like the theory of if he can get Iowa fans to care about Greco then that could help with the overall support for Greco.
Then another Iowa fan suggested some of their other guys try Greco to which of course LJB basically said they would suck without first training in it for awhile
Crap just realized I messed up the joke. Folk is the “stall fest.” Although if he wrestles folk maybe he’ll wrestle some freestyle too… (ellipsis added to honor LJB)
Probably. Although the article says student-athletes “can’t directly be paid to play.” Didn’t you say that is not technically the case based on an Athletic article?
A better pastry troll question would probably be something like, “in a potential match between Spencer Lee and RBY, what percentage of Penn State fans would be cheering for RBY?”
FWIW Minnow says Kennedy, Gilman and Pearsall are all making “way north” of $100k, which I’d expect depending on how much north we’re talking. Multiple people are claiming it’s $500k, that would be surprising to me
Good points. He’s definitely right more often than he’s wrong though, although he will often be largely right with a minor detail wrong such as in this case. The annoying thing is he also often tries to delete the evidence when he is wrong. But at this point he’s built up such a following that I’d bet he likely gets “leaked” info that guys want to get out, but just don’t want to be the ones releasing it
I would agree that when Minnow first posted it that it probably wasn’t worth getting into, and I don’t believe personally that I really did. But once Pyles confirmed it and Brooks himself acknowledged it, the “rumor” became irrelevant IMO.
I'm confused why multiple people have commented about "a Minnow rumor," considering the athlete himself acknowledged that the only thing that was wrong about the Minnow rumor was the name of the specific drug.
Glad to hear he's been cleared, hopefully he learned his lesson.
I have a hard time believing Scott would have had more than about a 1% chance of winning a title at OSU as long as Cael is still coaching. But I’d probably say that about most current coaches.
Thanks for the research, but I’m not sure they’ve convinced me that Scott was any better than the 3rd best coach in the ACC. So where would you have ranked Scott as a coach in the ACC? Certainly behind Pop based on your numbers. I guess you’re trying to say Robie’s situation isn’t comparable. What about Keith Gavin? Looks like this will be his 8th season. And Gavin finished ahead of Scott at Scott’s last 2 ACC tournaments.
I only brought it up because Brooks did. Sounded like he was saying it was an issue that he didn’t have the prescription so “he could have gotten it from the streets”
