I do agree that the U.S. system is great for billionaires though. Waits are too long in only extreme cases because they triage who gets the care that is limited, such as organ transplants, etc. Some of that happens here in the U.S. too.
I'd gladly risk having my healthcare triaged in an exteme situation for my healthcare costs to be half of what they currently are (health insurance costs from me and my employer and Medicare taxes combined).
