Which brings up the question of are they athletes on the team because they are students or students in the school simply because they are athletes? And doesn't the same apply to high school? Why do some states prevent HS kids from collecting on their NIL? Is this a SCOTUS issue? And what about middle school, grade school and 5 yr old park district athletes?
