  1. This was primarily an organic peaceful protest, with less than 1% of attendees charged for breaking the law, and primarily for trespassing. Law enforcement entrapped several radical people in advance of and during J6. A relatively small number of attendees were charged with sedition, etc., type insurrection charges. --- The most common charges have been entering or remaining in a restricted federal building or grounds. How does trespassing, even for an extended period, lead to control of a county? Of an estimated 120,000 attendees, ~1100 have been charged with trespassing. (1%) How many people were arrested inside the capitol with guns? Zero. How many people were arrested outside the capitol with guns? Some. Was there violence? Yes. Did Trump organize an insurrection? He was not charged for it. Has anyone been charged with sedition? A few. Was there an insurrection wanted by some? Yes. Say more about it. The overwhelming percentage were protestors and demonstrators, a small percentage were rioters, and a relatively few were charged with insurrection-type charges (sedition, etc.). Say more about those who planned and wanted a more radical occupation. House of Representative Clay Higgin's research indicates entrapment and conspiracy to set the stage for a compromised election cycle by the government and FBI. FBI staging event for 10 months, operating undercover within online groups across the country and were the first ones to plant the seeds of suggestions of a more radical occupation of the Capitol 200+ undercover FBI assets in the crowd outside and already inside the capital dressed as Trump supporters. Instigated action and acted as tour guides inside the capitol. The capitol layout is too confusing to get around and know where you are going, and it takes a guide to get to the key areas.
  2. Could use more steel-man and less straw-man.
  3. This is the way. They say we humans have made up our views at an early age... I agree. My views have changed usually from someone doing as you have done. Where someone's information piques my interest... I research... and bring about my change. Some change comes from life experiences, like thoughts on education and religion after traveling multiple times to developing countries. Asking questions is another to pique interest. Why would a bridge be intentionally too low to allow a bus to travel past? What impact would that have on separating the poor from the affluent? Racist design in roadways was not something I knew either until reading ...The Power Broker.. blah... now I'm interested. So much better approach than 'you are privileged... what about poor people... you face-eating leopard supporter!'
  4. X is evolving. Not that content creators are paid much on X outside of subscriptions, but being paid for content was not a thing on Twitter. One more reason X is better. By the time this current culture turns over in early 2025... companies will be chasing the X audience. If the culture doesn't turn over...

  14. Rex Chapman was a turd on Twitter and here he posted something funny. X is better. Better?
  15. The man's right to free wifi...
  16. Watch to the end. Illegal migrants want to vote, and want to vote for Biden because he is giving them an opportunity. Surprise surprise... Busing and flying illegals across the country is maddening and will end poorly for everyone.
  17. Astute. Are debtors aware they are late (ignorance)? holding out for accountability before acting? holding faith that they will not have to repay? The inflation crisis plays heavily into generational economic stress. My purchase power is 20% less today than a few years ago due to inflation, and company restrictions on promotions/raises have prevented me from holding steady. Meanwhile, my daughter averaged $25 plus an hour in the Midwest as a part-time server at her first job. Confusing... Are the missed loan repayments contributing to SoFi stock being down 14% today? Ouch! Some dude in the top 4% of Wall Street analysts in TipRanks is calling for a 30% drop of SoFi in 2024 and questions forthcoming profit.
  18. Time to buy X stock ... if only it were public
  19. Ha I'll come back when I'm thirsty.
  20. Eventually you sort of answered them while dismissing them and attacking me. What question do you want me to answer? Where does the conspiracy theory end? For Georgia it concludes with the inspection of the recorded suspect ballots. Do you even know what you're saying? Not always but I feel well-informed with my thoughts communicated here. It disgusts me that the court is delaying the inspection of suspect ballots. And I would feel that way if the outcome favored Trump or Biden. My concern is addressing this for 2024 and beyond. You are moving the goal posts! My goal posts are that the election was rigged and that court cases were thrown out for reasons other than merit. I provided evidence to show this is what occurred in Georgia.
  21. Previous history says my writings and citations will be dismissed out of hand... so I requested you to do your own research rather than take my word for it. Without openness to contrarian information, conversation is limited... My intention in suggesting you (and others) engage with the Georgia case material was to bring new insights to conversation and broaden understanding of the topic. I wrote this question based on closed statements ThreePointTakeDown And remember, there were no legitimate reports of rigging. No evidence of widespread rigging. Plasmodium ...to pander to these lies and childishness Neutral Anyone stating the 2020 election was rigged and that Donald Trump won is a farking idiot. Have you read the materials where Democrats *admitted the election was rigged in big tech tools and with election law changes in Biden's favor before the election. *This information is not well-discussed but it is well-informed. Big Tech Pre election law changes If you trust what Democrats shared... then perhaps the eventual outcome of the Georgia case will further inform. Plasmodium is showing openness. Better to pick up discussion after the case winds it's way through the courts...
  22. This is a serious matter. The transparency and integrity of elections are crucial, and allegations of fraud need to be investigated to maintain public trust in the electoral process. You are dismissing this out of hand. These people wrote down batch numbers, took photos of unsecured bags, and so on... The lead on this is an independent who has advocated for Democrats in the past...
  23. Thank you for the commentary. It is Mr. Adams' argument. If you haven't already, watch Mr. Adams from start to finish (~16 minutes). The video link starts at the time when Mr. Adams begins speaking. Why is Mr. Adams speaking to Georgia? (to educate Georgia about problems across the country) What does Mr. Adams say can be done to improve the process? (skip to about 29:30) The age of that example has no bearing on the larger context of the education communicated.
  24. Sane person says "These people believe they were telling the truth in what they observed." Why was the case dismissed? Because the judge determined no individual voter was harmed even if the observations were true. What became of this case? On December 20, 2022, Petitioners in the counterfeit ballot case won a confirmation of standing from the Georgia Supreme Court which forced the Court of Appeals to remand their case back to Superior Court where Petitioners could open discovery and proceed with the inspection of 2020 Fulton County mail-in ballots. Judge Amero recused himself and gave the case to Judge McBurney. A motion to recuse McBurney for bias was submitted on May 16th, 2023. (90 days to address was missed) On October 11th, Judge McBurney ordered the recusal motions be heard by another superior court judge. Two defense attorneys for Georgia recused themself from the case in November. Judge Leftridge denies the recusal motion against Judge McBurney on December 7th. Waiting on judge McBurney at this point. If there is nothing to hide, all involved should be willing to show the ballots
