  1. Both parents addicted to drugs, mom attempted suicide, name calling, treated kid "like scum." Read the manifesto -- it's sad. Easier to read - https://threadreaderapp.com/thread/1868795614491800032.html
  2. The manifesto says so.
  3. Is this like running a red light on camera and getting the fine a little later?
  4. Fault starts with the parents. https://x.com/Slatzism/status/1868810086358929428
  5. Yes. Is there enough evidence to determine Luigi meant to intimidate or coerce a civilian population? That depends on what his manifesto says, and what he says, and such. There is evidence that he found violence committed by others coerce the civilian population as "interesting." https://law.justia.com/codes/new-york/pen/part-4/title-y-1/article-490/490-25/
  6. Wow - has anyone else doubled the AA projections?
  7. Hi @Wrestleknownothing - Will you update this after the CKLV tourney or before nationals?
  8. First degree conviction is sentencing to life without parole. That is unless it is later changed to life with parole for good behavior, which has and does (rarely) occur. Second degree is minimum of 15 years with parole possibility.
  9. First-degree murder in NY is the intentional killing with specific aggravating factors: Killing police, peace officers, firefighters on duty. For hire, witness intimidation, terrorism. During specific felonies like robbery, kidnapping. Multiple murders, torture, or killing a judge. Defendant over 18 at time of crime. https://www.nysenate.gov/legislation/laws/PEN/125.27
  10. You can stretch facts to fit your story, but eventually, they'll snap back and hit you in the ass-narrative.
  11. When you hear there were 26 undercover informants in the crowd on January 6, does that make you question the official story about what happened that day? Note: this is not directed at those of us that believed this and were skeptical years ago.
  12. When you hear that Gina Haspel might have paid CIA officers to lie about where COVID came from, does it make you question what the government and media tell us? Note: this is not directed at those of us that were skeptical and determined this years ago.
  13. CNN says Luigi's been charged with second-degree murder, which could mean 15 years to life if he's found guilty. New York has been wrong since 2004. The final, fitting punishment for murder is swift capital punishment. https://www.cnn.com/2024/12/13/us/luigi-mangione-brian-thompson-ceo/index.html
  14. Visited the EMT for my middle daughter this week. Surgery is required. The service provider did not quote me a price. My price will be discovered after the insurance tells the provider what they will pay.
  15. This was a fun read. Fact check: Wrestlers have 100 pages of posts, not 7.
  16. My wife called me at work, in a state is distress. Our daughter had fallen off stairs landed face first on concrete. She looked like Warf from Star Trek. The ER was 1 mile from my house. The doctor ordered a cat scan to check for brain swelling. No bones were broke. No brains were swelled. Time healed all wounds. My insurance sent had me describe the 5Ws and How the accident occurred. The health care bill was only covered 20%. My insurance explained that the average cost of a cat scan in my community was 80% lower than I was charged. I provided a dictionary definition of community, and google mapped how this ER was the only hospital in my community. The insurance group paid my bill. 15 years later, I am still angry.
  17. https://www.courthousenews.com/daniel-penny-went-way-too-far-in-jordan-neely-subway-death-prosecutors-say-at-trial-start/ https://mediabiasfactcheck.com/courthouse-news-service/ (highly factual, least biased)
  18. And it is irrelevant to the experience of actual passengers expressing fear of an immediate threat unlike anything they've experienced in years of subway use.
  19. Maybe the blue party could have bought X at the $9.3B valuation that Fidelity had quoted. That isn't much more than the $6.9B they spent on the 2024 election cycle.
  20. Apparently there was "something" about this trip that scared two passengers in a way they had never been scared before on a subway after 6 and 30 years. Beyond the "satanic grumbling" and "trash throwing," perhaps it was the lunging and declaration that "somebody is going to die today" and that he is "headed to rikers."
