No Ukraine is not close to winning. They probably have a less than 10% chance of winning unless NATO intervened and then their chances would skyrocket to 100%. The Russian military is dogshit. Yes, Trump is correct in saying this will only continue with more deaths with no end in sight. But, the nuclear threat is exaggerated

Despite the rhetoric, Putin is more measured than how he's portrayed in the US media. Ukraine just set off drone attacks in Moscow. They invaded the Kursk region. Has one nuclear warhead been launched? This is despite all the nuclear saber rattling we've heard from the kremlin over the last few years.

It was one of his better moments. As much as I'd like to see Ukraine win it's almost a foregone conclusion that this will end in a deal. Ukraine doesn't have the manpower to sustain this for the long haul and Putin is willing to kill every last Russian soldier to save face. Not totally buying the nuclear threat. There are too many oligarchs that want to go yachting during the summer in the Mediterranean

I appreciate you not bringing up the polling! Very sensitive to this topic as a former poli sci graduate. I will have to disagree with you on her being a quality candidate. I don't believe she's good at all. She struggled to get in running for the AG position and she got booted out of the DNC primary faster than the 32 seed at NCAA's. I personally believe Trump's winning this and I blame the DNC or Biden for not stepping aside earlier and having a primary. They had some decent contenders on the bench

They don't mean anything. The race has always been the same race since the start of the election season. An unpopular incumbency vs an unpopular former president. Trump has an electoral advantage and the two missing ingredients are A) how fresh is abortion on the minds of suburban women in swing states and b) how well is Trump actually over performing in the polls which is a real thing. And please no one bring up 2022 polling. National elections don't poll like midterms

Grew up playing travel soccer until I focused solely on football come fall. Disagree on the culture problem. I would equate it more to what we have in wrestling with states like PA and Ohio where wrestlers go to their club team and are getting trained by former All Americans. Same thing with Soccer overseas. The kids are getting taught to play by former players with a lot of knowledge. This isn't happening in US youth soccer -

They've wrestled twice and Parco didnt have the strength or technique to break through SVN's defense. I don't care if SVN has the flu and is rusty. Parco can't score on him. Van Ness has elite defense. Operating from the collar tie and high crotches aren't exclusive to Barr and Facundo. Bar attacks and re-attacks. Facundo sits in his stance and likes to watch paint dry.
