Except you literally, right now, have Elon himself saying that the FAA is on the verge of canceling the Verizon contract and giving it to Starlink. Not opening up a bidding. Giving it to Starlink.

That's the point, dude. The way you get a contract is you sell that you have best offer to the person giving the contract, which is automatically subject to corruption and conflicts when one of the people trying to get the contract WORKS IN THE ORGANIZATION GIVING THE CONTRACT. There is no purely objective way to do it, that's now contracts are obtained.

Has it ever been explained why they don't release the wrestlers who earned said allocations?

I didn't hear the claim, but my best guess is that only one video was entered into evidence and they were referring to it colloquially as the "official video". Other than that, my only guess would be if NJSIAA was running a stream and had some video of the incident.

I'm skeptical of the Knox's attorney's Constitutional argument, since this is an administrative body, not a criminal proceeding. So this would then, in my mind, fall to the sportsmanship aspect of the disqualification, and I think Knox loses there, since that's a pretty amorphous thing.
