    He said the offers are comparable, not that they were the exact same. You're acting as if that means he chose Iowa because they had the highest offer. Whereas, maybe Iowa just had the highest offer no matter what, and it's where he already wanted to go? That's what his brother said online. So if the school you already wanted to go to also made you the highest NIL offer...that's a pretty great happenstance.

    No, I hae never said that everything he says is a lie. ON some topics, everything he says is a lie, like the 2020 election. He was pretty honest about what he wanted to do on immigration. He lied about prices going down and about being anti-war.

    So far he's threatened military force against Panama, Greenland, Mexico, and now we're going to take over the Gaza Strip. Insane times.

    It could be. I'm not an insider, but I'd been hearing for months from a bunch of people it was Okie State or Ohio State. Then recently it was OK State and Rutgers...then suddenly this weekend, Iowa was being talked about, and then a heavy favorite.

    There were no rumors about Iowa going after Figs midseason. There were some rumors that Figs was in the works to come next season. In the offseason, everybody is making offers. I know of one NCAA high AA that got an offer from mighty PSU this very offseason. It is the current state of things.

    Bo brings a whole lot to the table beyond even his prodigious wrestling skill. He's got two brothers who are big recruits and, whether many of the old guys on this forum want to admit, cache with the other wrestlers because of his social media presence. Or, as the young'uns say, "he's all rizzed up."

    I do not think they will because for a long time most (me included) had given it up for a lost cause. It's only in the last two days or so that things suddenly changed. The general tone has been "Bummer about Bo, but can we get Forrest and the Raneys?" Now if Iowa gets none of those guys...there will be some caterwauling.
