  1. I just won't pick against Dake domestically until proven otherwise.
  2. Your desires on this issue don't matter That's not how the republic was structured to operate. It sounds like you want to change the entire way the government operates, which is fine, but doesn't just happen because one guy won an election. That's the whole point. We don't have a king, you didn't elect a king. At least, theoretically.
  3. Lol. What are we paying them for, then?
  4. Not even trying anymore, virgin.
  5. Where's @ionel? Can i do the thing? #StrawMan
  6. They were not. It's ok, reading can be hard.
  7. Because it's not being applied to the non-citizen. It's being ignored. You just saying something is happening doesn't change the fact that it's not.
  8. Some speculation on the Iowa board that it's for Nebby, but I have no knowledge.
  9. The other argument is 2017 with Spencer, Warner, and Murin. Especially if you count Desanto in that group.
  10. I think you nailed it then, because I don't think they have another class with 5 Finals appearances.
  11. Shut up, virgin.
  12. Not sure I'd call myself an expert, but how are we judging? By the rankings at the time of their recruitment, or by the results after they were done?
  13. The Raney brothers haven't committed to Iowa, stop it. Bassett and Mocco is a nice recruiting class, but not the greatest or even close. We'll see what happens.
  14. Welcome to the American legal system. I have 15 clients right now held without bail. But they (and the J6ers) still got hearings on bonds, and the right to appeal things to higher courts. THAT is due process. You not liking the results of the hearings means zero. And as a defense lawyer, I can tell you that the vast majority of the delays in court cases are from the defense side, not prosecutorial (and to our client's benefit).
  15. None of these things are a violation of due process. You can whine and cry about them or disagree with them, but the people got hearings in front of judges and the judges made rulings, and then appeals happened, etc. etc. That is due process, which the immigrants in question were denied.
  16. And, in the end, it doesn't matter. He was allowed to be here. Full stop. Stephen Miller going on camera and screeching about how if he came back here he would just be deported again is not relevant either (and also not a fact...the government would have to establish things at a hearing in front of a judge as opposed to just vaguely asserting them on Newsmax.
  17. It's ok, you don't care about the Constitution or the just the well being of fellow humans. Good to know for future reference.
  18. They literally all got due process, wtf are you talking aboit?
  19. Stop it. Stop it now.
