When Slavikouski (and a few others) transferred a couple seasons ago, they didn't either, but their paperwork from the prior season was still active. Can anyone confirm? (The campus visit was not any fault of Rider's; and they are better off without said recruit.)

Since he hasn't committed yet, if he's a man of his word, he may be still in the Pacific time zone and announcing in 20 minutes.
