My first ever post/article.

Curious to know what everyone thinks the biggest upset will be at this year's NCAAs.

Or which wrestler we all consider to be the most vulnerable.

Maybe impossible asks, just interested in y'alls thoughts

I'm calling Cam Catrobone over Antrell Taylor r2

If Bo Bassett doesn't ever do anymore than AA two times I will delete my whole ass account.....WrestlingRash sucks

Maybe not the biggest upset but I am going Lachlan McNeil to make the semifinals.

Also, Ill call LL losing in the round of 16 at 125.

I think Penn’s CJ Composto beats Vega to make it into the finals.

I also think Okie State looks a lot better than Big 12’s and keeps the team race tight through the finals. That feels like an upset 🤷

I'm calling Spratley over Robinson in the second round!  Sprats due to beat him, and Robinson does not look that great this year. Then he would have Seymour next match and I don't think they have ever met. So who knows how that match will go. (Poulin might have something to say about Seymour first.)

I like this one as well!

Geez...so many but as a Minny fan, I think the match between Volk and Roark is far from a given.

SVN goes down early maybe before semis

I always wonder who can take out a PSU stud.  The problem is...THEY are the tough out.  I realize everyone can have a bad day but it is almost impossible to predict who can out pace one of the PSU wrestlers.

Who do you see taking out SVN?  I don't see it.

I was actually looking at an SVN upset…even as early as Frost but definitely Swiderski as a possibility

I appreciate the suspicion it could happen.  I just don't see it.

I believe it's more likely that Caleb Rathjen opens the bottom half with the way he has been competing.

Also, I would have to pick against Kapusta and I just can't do that!

I predict Ayala making a deep run again to close it out. He can hang with the guys on his side of the bracket but I don't see a world where he can beat Jax Forrest due to style match up. His placement in the bracket is ideal for him.

If he makes it let's make sure and spell his name correctly, there are no excuses on this one.

There are some round 1 matches I have on upset alert:

9 Dom Serrano v 24 Blake Boarman

8 Alex Facundo v 25 Sergio Desiante

10 Myles Takats v 23 Luca Augustine

6 Justin Radamcher v 27 Gabe Arnold

4 Sonny Sasso v 29 Colton Hawks

That’s a pretty good list, any particular reasons for them?

I have Boarman over Serrano. Rademacher I think survives round 1, but may fall round 2. The others I actually have AA

creek club beat me to it - Van Ness doesn’t get past the semis

That’s not saying much, only two guys in each weight do that. I would guess the actual odds are more likely that he doesn’t. Past the quarters and certainly R16 is a different type of prediction. Unless you’re a Mesenbrink or Mendez type, anything goes in the semis.

VanNess of Penn State is a problem.

Starts slow and gives up points early in too many matches.

Some wrestle the match of their careers at Nationals & if he hits one of these guys he might not be able to gain back the ground he lost early. Especially if the opponent keeps pushing him rather than just trying to hold a lead.

His method is risky & can bite him since he will face every match against a motivated opponent.
