Heavyweights need to go to Michigan obviously they only focus on their heavy weights it seems like that's the only weight that continues to improve and produce year after year after year

Having Coon really helped Mason and then Mason and Coon obviously helped Davidson and then those three obviously helped Josh from Oklahoma and then those four if they're all still sticking around obviously are helping Taye

Its fine psu fans dont see how bad these piss poor officials are

Of course we do.  Just like in the heavy finals when AJ was blatantly singlet pulling.  The difference is we don't go into bizzaro conspiracy world and turn it into pizzagate

AJ Ferrari didn't get the call in his favor?

Big talk man, not sure why you're mad. I even said edge Mesenbrink. But guys of those calibre, it isn't clear cut.

He isn't mad, or doesn't appear to be.

He is simply stating facts.  If you're attaching an emotion to it, then you should check your own self and not get offended so easily.

There's a saying.. Losers cry about the officials while the winners go home and screw the prom queen.

If you need officials to win then you arent that great!

Kevin Jackson should get some kudos as well as he always seems to be coaching the HWTs.

Not for me, he put himself there.

I agree.  Rocco was doing a standing roll on the way down to avoid the TD.  That made it appear kind of like a slam - but I don't think it actually was one.

Why is no one talking about a record that will probably never be broken.

I'm willing to say that no team will ever go 0-6 in the finals making Nebraska the biggest loser of all time.

It's not just the RPI.  Jax gets zero points for coaches rank. Only thing Jax tops Davino on in the matrix is win %

McEnelly really going after it during the tiebreakers suggests to me that eliminating OT in favor of criteria would be a good idea. I'd love to see that type of energy in regulation.

Also, I'd love to see step outs result in shot clocks. Some of these guys are not taking many offensive risks, and then they're ending up in the tiebreakers.

They’re so bad at calling stalling if they don’t get better then there should just be a shot clock starting every time a guy doesn’t shoot within 30 seconds. Make them wrestle. I don’t remember matches so passive ten years ago.

The american culture of being obsessed with officials is exhausting.

Bingo. A growing lack of accountability and ownership is plaguing society in general. What’s interesting to me particularly with a sport like wrestling, is that mindset and approach is an immediate roadblock to success or even basic participation.

Look at their coach. He created his own ref conspiracy that PSU had 3 guys on the review.

You are kinda full of it. Non wrestling fans know about how stalling is called?

Match of the night was Duke's mauling of A. Taylor.  A true freshman (who had earlier majored and nearly tech-ed the former #1 and undefeated B. Cannon) eviscerated the returning National Champion and college senior.  Duke has the fierceness and skills of predecessor, Jason Nolf, who also took out a returning champ his freshman season. Duke had the victory in hand but opted to continue the onslaught.
