That primary was very telling for the way you understand politics. Many commentators talked about Crockett like she was the far-left radical because she's brash and black. Talarico was viewed as a moderate because he has a more unifying message and is polite (and openly religious). In reality, Talarico is far more progressive than Crockett, who has right wing democrat politics. 

I think it's a very good thing for the country that the campaign that ran on substance, affirms civil discourse, and didn't act like they were entitled to support from the voters won. Good sign for the future of the Dems (if they learn the right lessons here). Authenticity and belief in actual ideas wins over voters, not cynical branding. Same thing goes for Mamdani in NYC.

I think the common sense answer is that when the bible was written long ago by the men of the time, women were not viewed as equals and no man writing a book about a omnipotent being like god would ever claim god is a woman or otherwise not someone in the likeness of man. If some dude back then said god was a woman he probably would have been put to death for blasphemy.

When Jesus was resurrected he was first seen by a woman.  God created us with different qualities and characteristics and obligations.

It's actually simple. A being that can move in a manner not consistent with the physical properties and limitations of our universe are spiritual beings who exist in a different form than we do. God created these spiritual beings. They are well referenced in the Bible. 

Man is at the center of a battle between God and Satan. We are both the pawns and the prize. We have free will and have been given the knowledge of what is expected of us. What we do with the information is up to is.

I feel as if you leave no room for any alternative. How can someone be so sure they are right and everyone else is wrong? I think that kind of absolutist view that nothing else can be true limits one's ability to think abstractly about anything else. 
 

I just don't subscribe that there is one god that looks like a regular ol guy, and he is responsible for all sentient life in the unknown universe. It would actually be comical to see people rationalize that if and when NHI or any extraterrestrial one day makes itself known and in their own manner laughs at or disregards that assertion altogether. Perhaps what god started out as were these beings that were far more advanced than humans were and over time through a crazy game of telephone god was formed into what you believe he is now vs what it actually was originally.

It seems like if the democrats wanted to pass legislation that all people have the right to breathe air, everyone on the right would vote against it.

God the "Father" has no human body.  The bible directly says God "is spirit."  He is uncreated and infinite.  He is the creator that people pray to.  The bible narrates God with both masculine (King, Father, He) and feminine (comforting like a mother in Isaiah 66:13, laboring like a woman in Isaiah 42:14) attributes and character.

God as "Jesus Christ" has a male human body.  He died for your sins and "rose again."

God the "Holy Spirit" has no human body.  This is like a guide that can live within each human body.  What helps you know right from wrong, gives strength, and so on.  When I asked what that feeling of "tingling spine" when you feel joy (in church or elsewhere) is... I was told it was the holy spirit.

Together, those three forms... Father, Son, and Holy Spirit... make up the one true God (the Trinity).

On its face, yes that's terrible and I disagree. When one thinks past an initial social media post there are other factors that come into play. Victims names being released and being made public that don't want them to be. If the justice department won't protect victim identities in the Epstein files, there's no way in hell people in congress would be able to keep victims from becoming public.

I agree with the notion people that have done wrong that hold office should be outed, it's just the practice of doing that gets really messy. I'm not sure what the answer is but this isn't some I gotcha that you think it is boss.
