110% irrelevant. They weren't bothered by them either way.

Actually its still almost all cis men committing s assaults, yet u hypocritical wingers only want to talk about the 0.001% that are trans, and u ignore fact that your trumptard prez is almost certainly a pedo and definitely assaulted women.  Pathetic and dumb.

What a dumb argument. Very few SAs overall occur in women's bathrooms, yet that's all u hypocritical wingers want to whine about.

How big of a problem is this though. My wife and daughters (and actially all women i know) have still never had any issues w Trans people in their bathrooms.

It's funny that its 95% dudes that seem to have a problem with this.

Interrsting....

what state ar eyou in?

what does it matter if they occur? why put ANYONE in that position.

we all know, it's one step then another ( and if you don't I can explain it to you. part of where my name comes from: Scout)

Them being there causes the people who are SUPPOSED to be there to be uncomfortable.

Shouldn't a peson be able to use the restroom in peace? or a lockerroom? or sports?

I mean, we even have female only STEM education etc.

but yeah, protecting women and girls is a step too far.

What law or policy was being broken?
The answer is 'none' which is why you must brush off my comment. In order for you to maintain any sense of being on the right side you must twist the facts.

'None of the women at the March 5 gathering at Manhattan’s exclusive Soho Grand hotel appeared to register Han as male, and no one objected to Han’s presence in the ladies’ room, according to the complaint. Still, it says, the security guard demanded that Han – who was on the toilet when they suddenly heard a loud voice ask if anyone there had “seen a man enter” the lavatory – pull up their pants and leave immediately.'

I'm sorry that every bit of this story works to undermine your point and further bolsters my point.

Your hateful rhetoric towards trans people is dangerous. Cis women get treated the same way when they don't look like a 'typical' woman. It will only get worse for both if this is allowed to continue. If trans people aren't free then neither is anyone else. I have a feeling you scoff at that line because you likely fall into the 'typical' category for a gender. It usually only effects people like you when the effects hit closer to home. I hope for your sake that it doesn't but maybe for the greater good, it should. Then you'll find the empathy for people who don't look and act exactly like you or how you think they should.

Yes. Cuz yours are hateful bigots wanting to hurt people for their own gratification and financial benefit.

Oh and I’m waaasssy more honest about my information than you.

cuz I have it as a slang term for man or ANY familiar person or fancy dressed city dweller.
What were they wearing and where did the incident take place?

Sorry. You might rethink using that term.

Yes, a man can be charged for entering a woman's restroom, though it often depends on his actions while inside, local laws, and whether he was asked to leave. While simply entering may not always be a crime, charges like criminal trespass, disorderly conduct, or harassment can apply, especially if the person is acting suspiciously or ignores requests to leave. And they say that Ds are not overly concerned about trans advocacy anymore.   But we have one on here that just can't help himself to keep on with ridiculous rationalizations that give the lie to that remark.

Dogs are not cats, Male dogs are not female dogs and cannot give birth.   You are not a different gender than you are no matter how much you really want it to be.   Little Jimmy is really not a walrus or an ostrich even though he says he is.

A male is a male and a female is a female and the one can't be the other.   If Ds say they want to follow science, this has been the science forever.   The fact that some people are born with abnormal chromosomes that cause a disruption to this, is not the issue that is being discussed.   That guy that got kicked out of the women's bathroom was not a person with a chromosomal abnormality.   He is a guy who wants everyone to allow him into women's private spaces.   He is the ghoul, not those that want him out of women's private spaces.

mspart

Interesting take. We might be in agreement.

What do you mean by 'overly'?

What am I rationalizing? According to the article, and we have no contradictory opinion of the incident, which people in the actual bathroom wanted them to leave?

NONE! This is happening. It will continue to happen. The more it happens the angrier you will get until you crash out and probably hurt someone. Then you and your opinion will be removed from society. Your actions will only energize the movement and trans advocates like me. Your side has lost. The more you fight the faster it will happen and the more you'll show your ass.

When a person is intersex(containing traits that fall within the category of both sexes) and there are only two sexes, which characteristics must they have to be determined as male or female? You can make a list for both. I'd be interested to see your opinion.

What traits do you feel makes someone a friend? Must your list of traits and mine be the same for the same person to be considered a friend by you and I simultaneously? If you're curious, that's gender.

Sex and gender are different.

Sex is not binary either. It falls on a spectrum. People with XY chromosomes have gotten pregnant and given birth. See below.

https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/24313430/

'BUT THAT ONLY HAPPENS IN A SMALL % OF CASES, THAT'S NOT NORMAL'

Shh shh shh, easy. No one ever mentioned normal. But by your standards a 'man' with XY chromosomes is also a 'woman' because they gave birth.

Do you see how stupid and useless your opinion is now?

I know its served you well in the past. So you could berate a few masculine looking women that went into the bathroom or some feminine looking men that you thought were cute before realizing your mistake. But the world is more complicated than your tiny brain can really understand. That's not your fault. It was probably the PTSD and lead poisoning that kept you from being able to grasp these concepts. Thank bob for unleaded gas and getting away from the phonics reading system.

Some advice, as a bigot and transphobe you shouldn't throw around the word 'ghoul' so freely. Would hate for that to come back to haunt you

it's more likely (borne out by the history of the last decade) that until we get these people the mental health care they need, that they will crash out as they continue to be told to stay out of women's spaces.

Because the good outweighs the harm. You just don't want to see the good because I have a feeling you don't see trans people as people deserving of dignity and respect. Am I wrong?

What's the next step? Please explain.

As someone you would admit is not 'SUPPOSED' to be there, where do you get your information that supports this claim?

You'd think so. But again, where do we draw the line? If someone farts too loud and bothers you in the bathroom. Can you have them escorted out? That's not peaceful.

What if they're black and I am not comfortable around them? If I make a big enough... stink... should they be asked to leave the bathroom?

DO. YOU. SEE. HOW. STUPID. YOUR. THOUGHT. PROCESS. IS. defending someone's comfort in PUBLIC is impossible in a free society. But like RV has mentioned, most people are fine with it or blissfully unaware.

I like how tried to sneak sports in there. To sports, the answer is, 'No'. Sports are for health, fitness, competition, and personal growth. Fuck your comfort.

You're upset with female-only STEM? So you're on board with closing the gaps of systemic oppression. Merging two threads on this, huh? Nicely done. Now you're getting it. Keep that rolling.

yes, the health of a woman who gets her clock cleaned by some dude.

no I'm not upset at all with female only STEM.

I am NOT surprised that you missed my point about STEM completely. WOMEN are UNCOMFORTABLE with men, hence they have female only STEM.  but yeah, a guy in the bathroom is totes ok.
