Interesting conversation. Is there a 100% guarantee they will receive justice for the crime? If not, I don’t see why we let a criminal go back to a country and avoid justice if the crime did not occur in said country.

Here's the deal. 

1.  No one on here supports rape.   It doesn't matter who gets raped or who is the rapist. 

2.  If the rapist is an illegal alien, he should be deported, maybe after serving a prison sentence. 

3.  If the rapist is not an illegal alien, he should not be deported, but should serve a prison sentence.  

4.  All rapists should be castrated really.   I am even ok with doing that in the most humane way possible.   That would stop it at least for them.   Choose 30+ years in prison, or castration.   I'd be for both or one or the other.   Make eunuchs out of them.  It's brutal I know.   But they were brutal without compassion and these victims rarely get real justice.  I know we are in a time where only perps deserve justice and the victims can go pound sand, but refer to item 1.

Well when it's totally preventable by not allowing mentally ill people to be in a position of doing harm to vulnerable girls, it's extra disturbing when they do. To dismiss these assaults, because for some foolish reason you find it necessary to play into their delusion, is extra disturbing.

I have a friend who lived in a compound in Saudi Arabia.   The compound was across the street from the school where all the kids that lived in the compound went.   Not one family allowed their kids to walk to school, they were all driven to school.   The WHY of it is that there were men looking to take little girls or boys and abuse them.   And its ok, because the children are not of islam, they are infidel so that makes it ok.

RV, I'm not sure where your argument is.   You seem to be of the belief that everyone on here only hates minority or trans rapists.   I have no idea where you get that.   But you will probably tie this back to Trump being a rapist.   Trump certainly is not the holy grail of morality, but you have yet to prove to anyone that he is a rapist.   If he raped someone, he should pay for that.   I think everyone on here has said that.   That's what you want the answer to be so accept it.   I refer you back to my statement where no exception was made for anyone.
