Nope...on both accounts. Only the highest-scoring wrestler at each weight counts (that's an NCAA rule). And I was blocked LOOOOONG before that ever happened.

I've never claimed to be intelligent but I'm glad I tagged you so we can all learn

Richie always goes up in the beginning of his matches, he just breaks completely shortly after

I fail to understand what's going on coaching wise cause the coaching seems to work for the rest of the team.  Is he just not listening or ...  its every match.   Just stall your butt off for the first 2:30 then wrestle the last 4:30.

Sealey 4-3 over Peake. This is Peakes first time down at 157 after not seeing much success up at 165. Not a ton of action from either guy.

How do you feel about Peake Truzz?  I feel there's some genuine win a match or two at NCAAs talent there but he never seems to be able to put it all together

I think he looks better at 157 I know the cut is not fun but hes a little short for 165. I hope the best for him because I know one of his coaches quite well, I think if he can get to over unders more that would serve him really well. I'm not sure if its a lack of confidence or a speed thing but he seems to struggle to get the corner when he is shooting from space.

Unfortunately i cannot find the southern scuffle on trackwrestling.

I'm not exactly Mr. Techie, but you might try the following:

Pull up TW in a search engine.  Click on classic icon at the top.  Click Functions and type in Southern Scuffle under event name, then search.  Click 2026 Southern Scuffle  Click Viewer, then Viewer (classic).

That should open up the old TW format that we are use to.

Hope that helps, if you haven't already figured it out.

I'm a cheap ass and don't have a flo subscription.  I watch a lot of stick man wrestling.

Not sure if it is still the case, but my recollection from the past is that teams ID their scorers prior to the tourney.  They need to choose their best ten, and can ID more than one person at a weight class.  Again, it's been a while (maybe 10 years) since I've been to the Scuffle and followed team scoring.

EDIT:  Disregard what I said about multiple scorers per weight class.  Just saw Pirate's post.

Q to Pirate:  Didn't the Scuffle used to allow for the alternate team scoring I mentioned?

The Scuffle has never allowed for that team scoring. It's always been the highest-scoring wrestler per weight scoring for the institution.

Anybody want to tell Mr. SRDVIKINGS who owns TrackWrestling?

I know flo bought trackwrestling. Trackwrestling website was much easier to navigate through then the shit flo has on their website.

The objective was to make both sites worse ... they succeeded.

The problem is that he's an out of shape 125 wrestling up at 133. He's good for the first two minutes when his natural athleticism gives him an advantage. Then, because he's out of shape, he falls off a cliff when those rehydrated 133s are able use that extra muscle and fitness to their advantage.

Then why doesnt he slow it down the first 2 minutes?  Betting he'd be worse at 125.

I don't think he's "out of shape" as in his conditioning is bad. He's in a D1 room every day.. you can't really just dog it in practice and get away with it. And regardless of 125 or 133, a 125 national champion should be able to beat guys Richie is losing to even if just bump up. The only thing that makes sense to me is that he truly has HEW and that even if he wishes he still had it and is trying to recapture a genuine passion and drive for the sport, you simply can't fake it. We all know it, if you're heart isn't 100% into wrestling, you're just not going to have success.

Watching Asher Cunningham wrestle makes me laugh every time I see it.

Also, if Josh Barr is rusty, the time he's spent on the exercise bike has not hurt him.
