He is dead.  He doesn’t get to come back from his suspension.

I guess the part I don't get is him being suspended? Wasn't he shot?

And I thought the person that shot him was named Tyler? Is that not the case?

Who was shot?   Not Tyler.   It was Charlie that was shot.   Now he has been permanently suspended.   Unless I'm missing something here.

Beginning Tuesday night, Sinclair will be preempting ‘Jimmy Kimmel Live!’ across our ABC affiliate stations and replacing it with news programming. Discussions with ABC are ongoing as we evaluate the show’s potential return," the company’s statement read.

Nexstar Media Group, Inc., announced on Tuesday that it will continue preempting "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" despite Disney allowing the show to return to ABC.

It’s not like anyone will miss watching it.  The show sucks.

KOMO in Seattle is the ABC affiliate.  I don't think they are owned by either Nextstar or Sinclair.   I understand that they are not showing Kimmel tonight, which is surprising given the neighborhood here.

it must have been so transformative that you didn't need to watch it anymore.   Late night tv is too late for me.   I used to like Letterman's silliness when I was in college.

Some of us remember watching Jimmy Carson so it’s virtually impossible to watch nowadays.  Jimmy reused to allow his personal opinion on politics into his shows and stayed purely with humor, sarcasm and quality guests. Leno and Letterman werent bad as today’s late night hosts are but were a drop of from Cason.   I stopped watching all late night tv when they started pushing their own personal agendas. That includes not watching Guttfeld who’s got better ratings than Fallon, Colbert and blackface Kimmel.
