PS underhooks don’t work on me 🙂

Uppercuts though...

Are we talking regular underhooks, or underhooks that come from the holy spirit? 🤔

He is booked to fight rodolfo viera on november 15th so like 3 weeks after RAF 2. I think he should potentially prioritize one or the other. I find it funny his claim was that he could still medal at worlds at 86kg and would beat DT but said nothing about wrestling zahid.

Bo is delusional if he actually wants this match to happen. He only won his last match because Cardenas forced an unnecessary gut wrench when he was leading by criteria with.. like 20 seconds left? I legitimately believe that Trent would tech Bo if they wrestled right now.

Fair.  Thanks.  I didn’t see the next fight is he any good ?

If you recall, when he was on FRL they asked about a rematch with Zahid and he basically talked in circles around the question saying, "sure, I would wrestle Zahid, but we've already done that and I think it would be more exciting for the fans to see me wrestle someone that I haven't wrestled before.." and so on.

He does not want to wrestle Zahid right now.

He is like a 6x BJJ world champ.  He is built like a marvel superhero.

But... he gasses terribly.  I also heard from someone who is way better at BJJ than me that Viera won his world championships on earning points and barely ever tried to submit anyone, therefore he has struggled at earning MMA submissions.

But... I've also heard that Bo may not be getting the BJJ looks he needs at State College and prob needs to get some better looks, as he clearly is not that comfortable on the ground against someone good.

Yeah I interpreted Bo's callout of Trent as a way to avoid Zahid. Smart I guess, but I don't think Bo can handle Trent's pace

Rodolfo was also absolutely juiced out of this planet when he was doing BJJ which I think could be why his cardio sucks so bad, much lower hematocrit without all those androgens.

WAAAAA! Pay attention to me instead! WAAAAAAAA!

He lost a lot of momentum in his last two fights.  Looked bad and afraid to go to the ground in both.  Looked afraid to be punched in the last one.

He will never be booked for Noche UFC or fight for a BMF title

Zahid or Hidlay should make things interesting. Loser of the match can no longer be on social media or podcasts. Who cares about belts

Not even the podcast where you sit there and cassar nods while you talk about how great you are?

It will be interesting moving forward. It's easy to love MMA when your getting propped up by whooping some bums that are no where near your class of athlete, but when you have to go to war, it takes something else.

I'm not very knowledgeable tbh when it comes to MMA, but I don't understand how Bo is so scared to wrestle with jiujitsu guys. Has grappling improved to the point that wrestling is no longer able to nullify things on the ground? Genuinely asking. It's odd to me that someone would pursue a career in MMA and abandon his greatest fighting skill in the process.

Honestly, Zahid would absolutely embarrass Bo in wrestling now.  Also prob has better boxing.

Based on the way he wilted in his last fight he should be asking for a match with Anthony Valencia.

Askren had a general take, didn't mention Nickal, but he said wrestlers can get a chip on their shoulder and just decide that they want to wow everyone with their hands, which is a big mistake obviously. Seems like Nickal might have caught that bug.
