Find me one human that doesn’t want the Epstein files released on this board.   I’ll save you some time.  You won’t.

I did not say there were any. As a matter of fact it is what everyone, save one person, wants. So that one person needs to generate daily distractions. Stay distracted.

What does it say that violent crime, property crime, and failure to appear rates are down in Cook County in the year that the state of Illinois (these are not city initiatives but rather state legislation) enacted this system.

They are not down by a lot, but if they're down they can't be up....which goes against what certain media, talking heads, and politicians would have us believe.

Crime is down because they are not charging, and under charging.

During COVID-19 courts had Zoom hearings and many kept those in place and they have greatly reduced the failures to appear. Many wouldn't show because they had a warrant and knew if they appeared they'd be arrested.

People have such a difficult time accepting they’ve backed or believed a lie that they will either deflect, or lie to themselves, to compensate.

Will they share the results the day after they share the Epstein Files?

You mean the Epstein Files that Biden had for four years and couldn’t find anything in them that would be damaging to Trump?  I don’t know anything about them.

Hmmmm, I don’t remember Garland ever claiming they were sitting on his desk waiting for his review.  But I do remember more recently Bondi, before having them on her desk waiting for her review, stating she needed to get them from the District Attorney’s office, (not from the previous Attorney General).

I do realize however some people will choose not to remember that.  That whole ‘derangement syndrome’ thing…

Your memory seems okay, it’s thinking that’s not your forte.

Yes, you are definitely the superintendent of clear thinking. Your herd knows no better sheep.

Yes, the same ones that Trump made a point of saying would be released as part of his campaign promises. The same ones Biondi said are sitting on her desk. The same ones Kash Patel said had a list of clients that later made his eyes bug out so horribly. The same ones that Elon Musk said contained Donald Trump's name. The same ones Trump has worked so hard, and so successfully, to distract you from. Yes, those.

Yeah well, my advice to you is just keep the faith.

Dershowitz said there is no client list. I think he would have used one in court if there was one. He said some judges should have released everything (the whatever files) years ago.

Brad Edwards, the victims lawyer,  going after Epstein for 20 years says this:

Edwards said he is bound by attorney-client privilege and cannot ethically reveal the names of any of Epstein's alleged associates without permission from his clients. But he said he has seen no indication that Epstein kept a list of those men

"Did Jeffrey write the names of these people down? I've never seen that. I only know of certain of these individuals because of representing clients," Edwards said

"That's just not something that he was keeping," Edwards said. "And it would be highly, highly unlikely that Jeffrey Epstein would keep a list of the people that he sent these women to.

They are being very careful to use the word list and not refer to the files as a whole.

But but but ... even if there isn't a list we still demand a list.  🤨

SCARBOROUGH: So let me ask you, Mr. Mayor, those all sound like great programs. I’m curious, would you also like to get federal funding to help put 5000 more cops on the street in Chicago? Would that help drive down crime?

JOHNSON: Well, look, policing by itself is not the full strategy.

SCARBOROUGH [INTERRUPTING]: No, I understand that. You’ve talked about the other things you want. And I said those are good and important programs. But I’m asking also, would 5000 more police officers on the street in Chicago be helpful to go along with all of those social programs that a lot of cities are engaging in and having success with?

JOHNSON: Well, look, here’s the best way I can put it, Joe, is that in the 90s, when I was in high school, we had 3000 more police officers, and we had 900 people being murdered every single year in Chicago. It’s just not policing alone. Of course we want more detectives.

SCARBOROUGH: Of course I know policing alone, but, of course it’s not policing alone. You’ve told me everything else you want. I’m curious, and this does come down to an ideological difference between people: do you believe that the streets of Chicago would be safer if there were more uniformed police officers on the streets of Chicago?

JOHNSON: I believe the city of Chicago and cities across America would be safer if we actually had, you know, affordable housing. Look, I’m not saying –

SCARBOROUGH: That not the question I asked. My question is, and I just need a yes or no. Do you believe the streets of Chicago would be safer if you got all of those other extraordinary programs put back into place, which do have a history of being successful, if that’s complimented by having 5000 more cops on the streets of Chicago.

JOHNSON: I don’t believe that we should narrow it down to just police officers is what I’m saying –

SCARBOROUGH: I’m not –

JOHNSON [CONT’D]: – that is an antiquated approach. I’m saying we’ve invested in detectives.

SCARBOROUGH: Are you hearing what I’m saying? I’m agreeing with you that all of these other social programs are extraordinarily important. I just need a yes or a no. And then this will be the last time I ask if you get all of those other social programs that $800 million that New York City does, Los Angeles, other people do with great success? Would an additional 5000 cops on the streets in Chicago help compliment those programs to make Chicago safer?

JOHNSON: Look, we are working hard to make sure that our police department is fully supported. I don’t believe that just simply putting out an arbitrary number around police officers is the answer. What I’m saying is policing and affordable housing. It’s policing and mental and behavioral health care services. It’s policing and youth employment. It’s a full package. Of course, we want to make sure that our police department is fully supported.

The city of Chicago’s leaders are a joke.  He literally has the worst approval rating of any mayor in the country.     He has a 6% approval rating and an 80% disapproval rating.

if you told me to make a $100 wager that paid $1,000,000 that the next mayor would be light years worse than Lori lightfoot.    I would be very mad right now because I would only have that $100.
