He always looks tired, he just keeps going. He just couldn't get to his offense today. Carr wrestled a great match where he didn't let MM really get his handfight going. It was great wrestling by Carr. It'll be fun to watch these two guys battle for years to come.

When David Carr was young, his grandmother sewed him a teddy bear. He has had the teddy in his wrestling bag for every event he has ever wrestled. Recently though, Metcalf brought his dog to practice, and the dog got a hold of the teddy bear and shredded it. Metcalf felt bad so he got the shoes custom made for David. Awesome to see that David won the tournament without his safety blanket in his bag. I like to think that when he pointed towards the sky after the match, he was pointing to that teddy bear.

Nothing really. There was really one exchange on the edge where there was some whistle confusion. This match was pretty tame when it comes to Mesenbrink antics.

Being completely blunt Levi was in my opinion our 5th best option at 79 this year. Keegan was hurt, JB did not compete and Dake and chance wrestled 86. I think we will have a hard time medaling.
