Since taxpayers are paying their salary, let's put them to work. Won't cost another penny. Right?

Not joking. Presidents are not Kings. None of them. The current one is the only one that appears to want to be one.

And - note that I'm focusing on future Presidents as wanting to be Kings. Those are the ones I consider the greatest threat by far. Trump is a mush brain and on his last legs, he'll be gone in a few years. This isn't about that guy.

Judges and courts and lawyers do their thing. They've been doing it forever and it hasn't always been great, but it's always been pretty good. That's better than what we've been seeing in the Executive Branch arena as of late.

So as far as "the lefts calls" for him to be king is ... dumb. No real people are calling for anything of the sort.

We'll see how much they want that when inflation skyrockets as a result of having to pay American workers to pick lettuce and do other jobs that Americans don't typically want to do. That will change opinion in a hurry.
