These two can really change a program. I am not going to lock them in for national titles but they are both going to score a lot of points year 1 at nationals I believe. They are both pinners and seem to differentiate in weight enough to where they are both going to be optimized at two different weights.

List:
Ohio state
Iowa
Oklahoma state
Nebraska
Illinois

I think its probably Iowa or Illinois reports a few weeks ago sounded like it was Iowa. If they go to Iowa that would be one of the better on paper classes ever. I believe it would be 1,4,5,8 on willies big board going off the p4p list.

I'm guessing there will be two unexpected pop up showers in Stillwater tomorrow and it will be a little rainy

Well...

As of my last perusal of the Iowa boards, they seem to have reason to strongly believe that a huge Oklahoma State NIL came in at the last moment and changed the twins commitment.  People are not pleased!

I'm just not sure where they fit in there. Unless they can both hold 125,133. They obviously have had super competitive matches with Jax in the past but I am not sure that holds true now. I also don't know if they can beat vega that would be an insane match.

Maybe in the future send more guys down to Mexico to compete?

Interesting I always saw them as 133,141 maybe even 141,149 but Jayden is holding 121 at least until worlds so maybe he can stay at 125 and Jordyn can go whatever weight Jax is not occupying.

My understanding is the vision from the coaching staff has one of them holding 125, which seems foolish.

They also would like to to fit Sergio Vega in somewhere, I would assume.

Poppa Forrest still has a few inches on his son.  Maybe they believe he might hit a late growth spurt...

Sergio seems like he could be a 149 he is really skinny.

I know OSU is taking the "bring as many studs in and let them figure it out" approach, same things PSU has done and made them what they are. But OSU also has Ronnie Ramirez coming in at 125/133, who's an ultra-recruit himself.

As they should . . .

I'm pretty high on Ramirez- I think he needs a RS year and to put on some muscle- but he's got a lot of ability. Also, Rocklin Zinkin (2026) committed and continues to improve (just beat Ignasio Villasenor for U17 3rd place and if not for one sequence, would have beaten Grey Burnett also) - it'll be crowded.

For what it's worth, I'm partial to California kids sooo... (I'm pretty sure that came out wrong!) 🥴

That's what the Cortez twins (Cornell commits) had to do at Gilroy this last year because Moses Mendoza (great pickup for U of M) was there and beats both of them.

Interestingly enough, all three above won 2025 state championships at their prospective weights.

Jax should try to keep growing.  Seems to wrestle better when not sucked down.  Cowboy bulkjob lineup.

125- Villasenor/Rmairez

133- Raney

141- Raney

149- Vega

157- Forrest

165- Robideau

174- Lockett

184- Ryder

197- Merrill

Hwt- Ross

Pretty Nice for OK State and also pretty cool that he is giving money for national events.  Good stuff.  Does create a severe competitive advantage in today’s NIL era.  Hoping he continues to show love for D1 as a whole too.

No one has mentioned where they fit on the dodgeball and sand volleyball teams.  Do you play em on the same side or split them up?   🏐

If T. Boone Pickens were still alive, Okie State would have a lot more money to help the program.

Why?  What did T Boone ever do for wrestling?  Also we've been thru the whole "okie" thing many times on here.  🤨
