shut your hole, go to gaza, pick up a weapon and stand a post.

the rest is just virtue signaling and testing the waters to see what you can get away with in a place that has nothing to do with it

This may blow your mind, but not every pro-Palestine protestor participated in those events.

It certainly doesn’t blow anyone’s mind that you’re ignoring the ones that did.

1) your quote said "tears up our university campus."  Sounds like damaging property or educational opportunity not politics.

Yet, the students being deported are not being accused of that. Rubio throws that in there to get people like you to associate every student deported for political reasons with the students who did break the law at Columbia.

If they broke the law or school rules, that could be a reason to revoke Visa status. But again, they have not been accused of doing that.

10 / 9 / 8 / 5 / 2 all seem interesting.   Comment on all but 10 specifically

Here are the top 10 reasons a U.S. student visa (F-1, J-1, or M-1) might be revoked or terminated:

  1. Failure to Maintain Full-Time Enrollment
Students must remain enrolled full-time unless granted special permission.

  2. Unauthorized Employment
Working off-campus without authorization (e.g., without CPT/OPT for F-1 students) violates visa terms.

  3. Academic Dismissal or Suspension
Poor grades, cheating, or violations of school policies can lead to dismissal — and loss of visa status.

  4. Overstaying the Visa
Staying in the U.S. beyond the grace period after a program ends can result in visa revocation.

  5. Criminal Activity
Any criminal charges, including DUI, drug possession, theft, or violent offenses, can lead to revocation.

  6. Failure to Report Changes
Not reporting changes in address, school, or program to your Designated School Official (DSO) can result in status loss.

  7. Providing False Information
Lying on your visa application or providing fake documents can cause immediate revocation.

  8. Disengagement from Classes
If you stop attending classes (even if technically enrolled), you can fall out of status.

  9. Violation of School Rules or Honor Codes
Academic dishonesty or behavioral issues can get you expelled and affect your visa.

  10. National Security or Immigration Enforcement Reasons
If a student is suspected of having ties to prohibited organizations or activities, the U.S. government can revoke their visa immediately.

In regards to 10, it's so nebulous that it can be applied to anything. The administration is arguing that verbal critique of Israel constitutes material support for Hamas. That's insane.

lhan Omar might consider white, gun-owning conservatives to be part of or have ties to domestic terror organizations. That doesn't mean she should try to deport every white, gun owning conservative on that fact alone. They need to break an actual rule, as @mspart correctly pointed out complaining about Biden (who didn't even actually do anything, but set that aside).

For example, if the Biden administration tried to deport a white, conservative international student from Hungary simply because he joined the Proud Boys (or insert any far-right group), that would be wrong.

Having principles isn't actually that hard.

Okay, and I'm pointing out that the ones being deported were not involved, yet you keep posting videos of the vandalism as if that means anything.

Do you think any critique of Israel is terrorism?

Again, if that's the definition you want to use so you can do whatever you want to political opponents, that's fine. Just don't be surprised if a Democrat wins in 2028 and starts treating Trump supporters as terrorists. It cuts both ways.

How do you know...because the ones being deported said so, or maybe they were directly invloved in behavior the university and authorities felt were against the rules/law and they police/DA decided not to charge them with anything because the plan was to deport them??

LOL...so many things wrong with this..."critique"??  You can't even be remotely intellectually honest saying that word.

Also, LOL...you and the far left D's have already been calling Trump and his supporters things such as terrorists/Nazis/etc.

Just to be clear, I don't think these folks should be executed.   I just want that to be clear here.

But time in jail, possibly prison, depending on the charges that can be brought.   Those arrested are claiming to not be students because they did not produce student ID.   If they are illegal, out they go.  All others should be charged with trespassing and destruction of property.
