yet when applied to a non citizen it's time for panic

Because it's not being applied to the non-citizen.  It's being ignored. You just saying something is happening doesn't change the fact that it's not.

They were not.  It's ok,  reading can be hard.

It's called "collateral  damage." You should talk to Israel and all their winger supporters about that. They don't have any problems murdering several children per day, as long as they are trying to kill somebody from Hamas in the process. Then again, Palestinian children are subhuman, huh?

One American gets killed when a Democrat is President and they get their panties in a bundle.

The hypocrisy of the wingers is unbelievable.

You can’t be collateral damage if you’re the darn target.   So you only care about due process if it’s a red president.  Got it.

They literally all got due process, wtf are you talking aboit?

So did Christ, so did Mandela, so did every single person sent to the Gulag and those executed before getting there.  So did Dred Scott.  So did Emmet Till’s murderers.  Due process may mean it is legally defensible but it does not mean it is moral or ethical or right.  So we are talking about the American Jury (aka the electorate) nullifying the “due process” fiascos via the election.  That’s wtf is being talked about.

You’re joking, right?

He’ll get due process when that teenage us citizen Obama killed gets due process.   Is it that you just don’t like Muslims to have due process?

Did anwar al-awlaki get due process?

I was not long out of college and didn’t follow politics when this happened, don’t think I had even heard of this guy until your post.

So I just did a few minutes of research about him from various sources.  No, he did not get due process but I know that sometimes when fighting actual terrorists we need to do things that might not totally follow due process.  But I really don’t see any similarities with this guy and Abrego Garcia. That guy was a legit terrorist, and we had been investigating him for years, we didn’t arbitrarily decide he was a terrorist based on the word of a criminal informant and a report by a dirty cop. He helped inspire the Fort Hood attack.    We have no evidence Abrego Garcia is a terrorist, even if he is in MS-13.  MS-13 hasn’t attacked the US like Al-Qaeda did.

So yeah, I really don’t get this comparison.  And it’d be especially ironic if anyone thought Awlaki should have gotten due process while simultaneously doesn’t care what happened to Abrego Garcia.  What’s even more ironic is a couple months ago right wing news outlets such as the NY Post criticized USAID for “bankrolling” Awklaki’s college tuition.  Yet that was before he showed any signs of being radicalized…

Did we pressure the gov where he resided to return him to us like your asking Trump to do to El Salvador?

whom decided.  What due process decided he was a terrorist?   A little pot calling the kettle black boss.

Yes, they and about 7 other groups were all designated on the same day.  Weird that 8 different gangs just started terrorizing us all at once

Come on...don't be obtuse...just because they FINALLY got labeled a terrorist organization doesn't mean they weren't terrorizing us before.

I just don't get the endless support for violent gang members that if they met you wouldn't care less if you supported them or not, they'd more than likely rob you, or worse, without blinking an eye.  Yet you try and normalize them and their behavior by your rhetoric...why do you do that...seriously??  Is it because it is the "in thing to do" for D's??  So ridiculous.

Seriously?!?!  Come on...what a disingenuous statement and quite frankly ridiculous.  And I am not even a Hegseth fan as I thought he was a bad choice to begin with...mostly for some of his views and how he presented himself...but to compare him to a person who was here illegally, accused of human trafficking, being a gang member (one of the worst gangs out there), beating his wife, etc.??  SMH

MS13 attacks America every day. They’re a terrorist organization that should have been labeled one a long time ago, not just recently
