And, in the end, it doesn't matter.  He was allowed to be here.  Full stop.  Stephen Miller going on camera and screeching about how if he came back here he would just be deported again is not relevant either (and also not a fact...the government would have to establish things at a hearing in front of a judge as opposed to just vaguely asserting them on Newsmax.

So your opinion is the only one that isn't "cute" and you have ALL the evidence and can ascertain it to be "flimsy"???  Come on man...at least be intellectually honest and just say "Based on only the sources I choose to read and what their headlines say, it seems to be that there isn't much evidence to the claims he is an MS13 gang member, I mean he said he isn't one, that he didn't come here illegally, never beat his wife, and he feared for his life even though he didn't state that when he first came to the country illegally."
