Not all businesses are national brands. A lot of NIL sponsorships, esp in non-revenue sports, are smaller deals from regional businesses that rely on a player being with the local area team. There have been stories of sponsors complaining about players hitting the portal too quickly, like the basketball player in Utah(?) who did a tv ad for a wellness resort in his team's jersey and then transferring before it aired.

I just added a plausible possibility.  Reality is we have no idea where Aj $$ comes from.  With that said you clearly articulate the risk on the investors side if they don’t have some sort of protection in whatever paper they are signing.  I would assume they are not paying out lump sums ?   Who knows.  It’s the Wild West.   Ha.

That was on fb (minnows group) yes.   By “anonymous” so it’s potentially possibly 100% legit

This just furthers my belief that College is SOOO overrated in terms of how difficult it is to get good grades. 

Go, show up, listen to the lectures and if you're just going to get a degree, you should get a 3.5 easily. 

If you're Pre-Med, or in Engineering, then sure, but just that 4 year degree?
