Arnold sucks. Makes an insane amount of noise, every attention seeking poser behavior under the sun, his defense is based around how good he is at being 3 feet tall, his offense is limited despite being an amazing athlete (and yes he actually is I'm not saying that do to racial stereotypes), is keeping a better wrestler out of the lineup for some reason, and he doesn't even show up to take the ass beatings he signed up for.

I'll call it. MM takes out Cstar sometime in the next 14 days. It feels like Dean vs Ruth but Ruth was more dominant than starocci(at least to my recollection, feel free to correct).

Does Arnold beat Kennedy in the room? It will be crazy if Kennedy finishes the season with a couple of solid tournaments under his belt. I can't imagine either guy leaving Iowa but also can't imagine either being OK with not starting.

As I recall Ed was more dynamic and innovative but also could lose his concentration on occasion. CStar seems more intense, except when he's not. MM is a long shot, but might have a shot. We'll see, I hope.

As noted in another thread, Illinois advances 6 to the semis which is impressive. I think Nebraska has 5, PSU 9. tOSU has some junk in its trunk and is looking really heavy on the backside. Was not expecting that.

Another big difference is that Dean was still pretty under the radar IIRC when he upset Ruth. Everyone knows who McEnelly is and how good he is at this point. He's not going to surprise Starocci. But I can't wait to see him tested in that match.

They’re probably the B10 team that has seen the most improvement overall from their transfers.  Most notably Davison and Gomez.  Although Saldate has not looked very good…

I didn’t coin the cstall name.  So I can’t take credit for that.  I will admit Arnold’s style is not great.  And he needs some offense.  There is a post where I say I think exactly that above. That’s the diff.  The cstall fan crowd will defend parallel riding for an hour and boring wrestling.
